I think I just found my next home! Beautiful surroundings made it hard to believe I was just a few miles from I-75, Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota! The interior was beautifully decorated and gave off a homey vibe. My longtime friend showed me the amazing facilities. I stopped to read the list of weekly activities and peeked into the computer, library, art, coffee bar, dining and private dining rooms. Wow! I’m ready to move! My friend’s apartment is delightful and beautifully appointed! Spacious rooms with lots of storage and wall space plus huge windows made for a comfortable apartment. I loved this facility. Not my Grandmother’s retirement home!! So much more than I imagined!!

While I am not yet at the age that I may consider living here, I totally would! The dining is top notch with a full service, Chef inspired commercial kitchen. Three different living quarters layouts to choose from, a theater, game room, exercise room, small private event rooms, full service salon run by a seasoned local professional who is the founder of a 501C3 nonprofit named after her son Blaze! Manicures and pedicures, and a monthly calendar PACKED with events! I'm talking Socials, classes... Like how to use IPhones and Androids, exercise, stretching, movie nights... Done talk to myself into being 75 right now!❤️ This place oozes freedom, AND peace of mind!

DON’T—Memory care at 81 Oaks Senior Living- [1] they don’t have enough staff [2] residents live in unsanitary conditions [3] if your loved one goes to Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital- they refer to 81 Oaks & not give other options. Don’t send your loved ones to their memory care!

Wow! What a wonderful place! I am EXTREMELY impressed!! Where to start? We received a nice warm welcome when we walked in. Then, we took a tour. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The game room, library, gym, salon, spa and movie theater are spectacular! The food we had in the dining room was absolutely delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. There truly isn’t a better senior living facility in Sarasota. I am so glad we have decided to have our family be a part of this beautiful community.

81 Oaks is absolutely beautiful! The staff members are very friendly and helpful! I joined the exercise class today and it was so much fun! The residents seemed super happy! Today’s lunch was delicious! Fish, green beans, zucchini and squash , and taters! So yummy! The hairstylist, Lisa is amazing! She makes you feel so beautiful! I wish I was older and could live there! Will definitely recommend this beautiful facility!

Took my mom there for a short respite stay recently in the MC unit and she loved it. The people are warm and caring and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. I brought her there for lunch and their Halloween party to help get her acclimated before her stay and the food is very good. If I need respite for her again I will definitely bring her back. Thank you Suzette, Kerrie and Natasha!

Awful company! Would not recommend!
Administration is terrible and doesn't know how to communicate effectively with staff what's so ever. The building is new and already have rodents. Natasha Nixon is careless and rude! All the staff do is sit around gossiping about each other and including the residents! Stay far away especially if you’re looking for employment!
