I absolutely love this store. Kathy was the person in the store when I was there. She is adorable and knows everything that’s in the store (and she has great skin!). There were a bunch of ladies working with brands who were very interesting 🙂 like sharing beauty tips w friends!

These 5 stars go to Rosita! What a gem, I wish I could give her 10!!! First I walked in because I just finished crying after a healing heart to heart with a friend, which ruined my minimal makeup. As soon as I walked in Rosita greeted me with a friendly hello and asked what I was looking for today. I told her my situation and she quickly jumped into to help, she asked about the brand I used and guessed my color instantly! What an expert ? you don’t find that these days. She made sure to show me products, why she recommended them and made me look 100% better. We even got to share a moment about Miami and how things have just changed over the years. I really loved and needed that interaction in my life! Please recognize and reward her the best way possible because good humans and great experiences are hard to find these days. Rosita, thank you for rescuing me during a vulnerable state.

Danielle is the sweetest! Everyone at this location is extremely nice. I received the best help picking out what eye creams worked best for me and tried out some face cleansers! M61 had an amazing deal where if you spent 100$ you get a free hydrating serum! Went to blue mercury for my birthday gift but ended up with the most sincere experience! Thank you so much Danielle!

Was visiting from NYC, walked in to check out the store since it was near our hotel. Marta (I believe) was super friendly and did a free skincare session on my mom. Completely sold us on the products she used. Since we were visiting, we couldn’t bring all the big liquid bottles back home but so glad they offered to ship it back for us for free. She also gave us gifts and samples to take back home! Clean store with friendly staff.

This is my new local Bluemercury and I couldn’t be more excited about it. First of all, they have a great selection of products. What makes this Bluemercury stand out from other beauty stores nearby is the customer service. If you visit, ask for Kate. She’s one of the sweetest, most down to earth sales associate I’ve ever met. She has helped me discover new lines I would have never tried if it weren’t for her and is patient when listening to my skincare needs. I love that Bluemercury has always been kind giving samples and honestly thanks to that perk, I’ve been able to try products before purchasing them and fallen in love with them. Thank you Kate for being so wonderful!
