Sunrise Natural Foods is still my favorite place to shop for vitamins, supplements, and muscle recovery lotions. The store inventory is huge with various brands, all top notch. The inventory is fresh as well. Meaning no expired products on the shelf. Super clean and well organized shop. There are two Sunrise Natural Foods. One is in Roseville and the other is this one, in Auburn.

The staff here is engaging but not overly intrusive. The current staff does a walk about asking everyone if they have they need assistance. If one person doesn't know, they will get a coworker that can provide additional information.

The shop also carries small but mighty inventory of grocery staples, fresh produce, prepackaged local meats (beef, pork, and chicken), water filling station,makeup, and local made soap.

Another thing to note is that they discontinued their purchase punch cards . But will honor ones that have not been redeemed yet. Not sure for how long, so get to it.

I walked into Sunrise today for a supplement. I couldn’t believe my eyes,It was Roxanne.she’s back….hooray❣️Roxanne has always been my go to person. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind & just fun to talk to. The supplement that I wanted was out of stock. Without hesitation she said she would call the other store to see if they have the supplement in stock. She called the other store. They didn’t have it in there store either. She immediately asked me if she could order it for me. Thank you Roxanne for always going above and beyond. I’m extremely overjoyed that she is back. You Rock Roxanne, see you soon sweetheart ?

Lots of good stuff. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Fruit is good, bee pollen excellent and they have a variety of delicious drinks. Try the mushroom root beer.
Vitamins for just about anything.

Best quality food in California and is definitely more affordable than whole Foods or Trader Joe's, cost to have everything else under the Sun you need to stay alive and to be in the best health of your life.

Best health food store around. They have a very knowledgeable staff (thank you Travis for answering my endless questions) and are always willing to order you what you need if it's out of stock or a special
order and call when it arrives. I enjoy seeing Bobbie and the other sweet gals up front every Wednesday for my weekly Sunrise fix. I love the punch card too! Thank you for rewarding your loyal customers.

Nadia, who is extremely knowledgeable on the health benefits of the store products, professional, patient and caring, helped me find products for my concerns.
