I received my first appointment in a reasonable time. My follow up appointment was also reasonably scheduled. Follow up with specialist reasonably scheduled. There was very little wait in the waiting room and in between the various stages of drops and testing. The Doctor spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing my issues I’m very satisfied and comfortable with my doctor. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout my experience.

First I want to express how friendly, efficient and professional the staff was from the front desk to the check out desk. Then when I met Dr. Pecoraro, he was all the same. He explained the entire procedure regarding my retina repair. He was great! I was so nervous and very quickly at ease after meeting with him. The procedure was quick and I recovered in just hours. The Fleming Island office was “state of the art “ and very clean and organized to get you in and out. Thank you all for taking care of me!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I don’t think I have ever been placed in a room and left there for more than two or three minutes. The doctors keep to their schedule very well. They too are friendly and helpful in explaining exams and what’s going on. I’m not always seen at the same office and I find this to be true at every office

Dr. Hayes and his team punch above their weight class. They are stellar ambassadors for Clay Eye and Patient comfort and information delivery are priority #1. I heard all the advantages to the prescribed care and I also heard the minimal risks and expectation management given the past history and condition of my eyes. Brooke the scheduler is super organized, attentive and very kind and patients. I felt heard during my visit and well cared for. Beyond Greatful for their service.

I get my eyes checked every 6 months and I am pleased with the consistently good care I receive at the Fleming Island Clay Eye practice. The friendly staff are very efficient at the tasks they do for my exam and Dr. Bullock takes time to explain what he’s seeing in regard to my eye health. All in all, it’s a 5 star experience!
