Absolutely a breeze to be a patient here. Everything at our first appointment went very smooth. If you need anything explained, they will walk you through everything, including figuring out the states database and licensing. Our renewal was quick and we feel fully confident reccomending this office to friends and family! Definitely feel at ease if you are researching this office for your first appointment!

Excellent Clinic... Always short or even NO WAIT TIME! Same day availability.... life changing programs, that really improve my quality of life... I have been over weight since High school... If I could lose a few pounds, I would find it again & quick....Up and down, repeat. But after topping out at 315+ last year. Mid 30's & a father of 2 young kids, I had changed my life.. Shed 90+ Lb!! & Thanks to Dr. R finally keeping it off.. ?

Too busy to even answer the phone properly. Who answers the phone and immediately put the caller on hold? When I trained people that was a big no no. So with that said I will call another doctors office that is maybe not too busy to actually speak to patients when they call

Walked into the clinic this morning for my first appointment. Looked around and then walked out. Waiting room full. Standing room only. People finding it difficult to get in and close the door behind them. Absolutely no one wearing a mask. Neither patients or staff. I have leukemia. I’ve had the Covid vaccine. However, I’ve been told by my hematologist at Moffitt Cancer Center that until I receive my personal results from a broad study I participated in shows I have developed antibodies, I must continue to take all precautions. Me alone wearing a mask is not taking precautions.

Dr. Redrick’s services include not only medical marijuana… which is needed by many cancer patients and those with autoimmune disorders, but also weight loss and gynecology. What I witnessed today was reckless and unprofessional. It would appear that money takes precedence over health.

I think the staff and doctor were very nice and polite, the office wasent very busy you must make an appointment if you don't want to wait and depending on what time of the day and what day you go you only wait maybe 20 minutes. Thank you for guiding me to find help with my PTSD etc..
