I made my appointment with Dr Navarro but was seen by Dr Daniel’s since I was a new patient. Daniels was condescending, rude and changed one of my prescription from nighttime to daytime in error.
Next visit I saw Dr Navarro who seemed well informed and had a pleasant demeanor. I have continued with Dr Navarro and am pleased.
One exception, when you need a refill you have to leave a message on a voicemail. You don’t get a call back as the recording states. I left a message for a refill with no red from the office or CVS. After several days I call the office and am told there was an error the order did not go to CVS. So it is called in again, this time with an order for one pill instead of 45. I call the office again and they are at lunch and closed. I called again and they say the order has been corrected. So I drive to CVS and they can’t see the order. I call the doctors office again and the front desk tells me she doesn’t call in the medications and I asked if anyone checks if prescriptions error out or go through, she says we’re busy here! So Dr Navarro yes, refilling prescriptions a big NO!

I can not praise Dr. Catherine Navarro enough. She is one of the most compassion doctors I have seen in Citrus County. Has a lot of concern for her patients plus the fact that she know her drugs completely as to what to prescribe. If she has concerns about a condition she will recommend a specific doctor to treat you. Love her dearly. The staff is great to work with also. She has a wonderful staff at her office.

The first time I was seen by Dr. Daniels she was kind and attentive & answered all questions.
This is my second follow up visit and she was very dismissive of my questions, loud and rude.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

Having recently moved from MD to FL I was searching for a new primary care physician. Every place that I called was scheduling at least a month out. I was able to get an appt with Dr. Daniels with only a 3 week wait. Dr. Daniels was very attentive to my every question, she treated me with tremendous respect and she took her time with me, making me feel like I was her only patient of the day. There was not an employee that I encounted that was not cheerful, smiling and polite. I will be using Dr. Daniels as my PCP.

Please do not consider going to this place. After finally getting an appointment 3 months after I told them about the lump I found in my breast. My first visit Dr. Daniels wouldn’t even examine me. Went for a second visit the next month and still no exam on my breast. She didn’t even want to discuss the issue . Fast forward to present. Because she didn’t take my concerns serious, I found another place in Ocala. Dr there immediately examined my breast and sent me right away to have an ultrasound done. The next week I was sent for a triple biopsy. Results came back that I have breast cancer! I know have to have a mastectomy. Thank god for the Dr who actually cares about my well-being. This place here wasted valuable time focusing on this that we’re not even an issue. Wouldn’t even give one star but I have to rate it on the lowest possible!

Andrew is very good too, he's easy to talk to.
