Usually very helpful and prompt. I go there for birth control and have since I was a teen. Been going here since I was a kid in general, especially when it was located in other places. I've known Tammy my whole life and she's always happy to see me, or anyone she deals with. Very comforting.

Do not go here, so unprofessional I called to make an appt I was told they offer sliding scale payments and I went in with my paystubs, they then informed me rudely that if you have private insurance you must pay the max fee of $65. I waited over 2 hours for the provider, there was a nursing student and MA that were loudly making comments such as “this hurts so much” or “I hate getting this done.” Unprofessional comments to make infront of a patient. I have called multiple times since my appt on Monday to followup and every time the lady answering the phone immediately transfers me to the nurse voicemail which has not answered since Monday! Ive been leaving voicemails since Monday and no callback. This place is the absolute worst and the hispanic lady in person at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. Please do not go to this dept of health, shameful unprofessional medical services.

Usually, customer service is good. I called and was told that I can walk in for STI screenings. I arrived at 11:55 am Then was told that staff is about to go to lunch, I have to come back at 1 pm. I just drove 32 minutes from New Tampa. Waste of time and gas. Instead of trying to rush me off the phone; give all necessary information like, the time the entire staff leaves for lunch. Good thing I don't have symptoms of nothing or pain! WC location is open again on Mondays and Fridays. I'll go then.

We absolutely love Healthy Start of Pasco! The amount of programs and educational resources that are available for families is so amazing. The best part is that their resources are available to all families no matter their economic status. It's been so wonderful working with Mrs. Roberts and her team these last few years. I love that she is only a phone call away and always offers the best advice/support when needed. We have learned so much about infant/toddler/child safety and parenting, because let's be honest, it's not always a walk in the park. We are thankful for them and their continued caring and support with our growing family. Thank you for having such an amazing program!!

The staff is absolutely amazing and so nice. They all helped guide me in what I really needed done. They were very knowledgeable and made the experience go so smooth. They answered all my questions and even asked me many questions to make sure what I was going through was fully understood. I’d recommend this location in a heartbeat!

When their computers ACTUALLY work I'm in and out fast for my depo. If not they say they have no openings. When I schedule an appointment they always say that their computers are down. When I come in for an appointment they never have me on file. The staff is hospitable but the technical side of everything sucks.

I had an appointment for June 23rd at 10 am Gloria called me on the 22nd to confirm it for 9:45 which was not the time I schedule it. I scheduled it for 10 am she said “no not no 10 nothing” and that’s 9:45 gives me a 15 minute grace period . So I show up for my appointment and I call and call until I get ahold of somebody because you can’t go inside and I finally get ahold of John Wayne the supervisor . He was rude. From the jump told me he wasn’t gonna see me because my appointment was at 9:45 and I got there at 9:56 when my appointment was at 10 am. Then he goes on rude as can be. They hang up on me and will pick up the call and then hang up. Then finally get through and was told they’d see me and then get another call and was told they weren’t gonna see me. Their all very unprofessional. I do not recommend going here at all.
