It's been nearly 3 months and I haven't received a call back about my test results. I understand the people here are understaffed but I even showed up in person and waited 30 minutes only for them to say they will call me and never did! It's very frustrating trying to get medical help when no one will answer the phone or think to call patients back.

Appointment was easy to make over the phone and when we got there the wait was very short. Our appointment was for my four year old to get shots. Grace was very friendly and kind.

Christa rood and Xavier are great cnas for my mom all of the staff is very loving and they take care of her very well Taylor and Rebecca in therapy is also a very good physical therapist for my mom as well

They close at4:30 NOT 5. I drove all the way there just for them to tell me they stop “printing” at 4:30 so therefore they close at 4:30 I don’t know what Is the point of saying your open till 5 if your completely useless pass 4:30!

I had a great experience at the office. The front staff got me in very quick and helped me with my concerns. I seen Dr. Cooley and she was amazing she took her time and explained everything to me and created a solution to ease the problems I was having.

Sat on hold for what seemed like forever with no answer. We just needed physicals for school... Called CareSpot Urgent Care, they picked up on the 1st ring and got us on the books!! Do better Clay County Health Department...

I’ve been trying to find out how my bedridden 90yo mother can get someone to our home to give her the Covid shot, but to no avail. When I call the FDOH, I just get the runaround. They give me numbers that lead nowhere or they tell me to be patient. Mom has in home care, Visiting Physicians Assoc. and they say that they can only get vaccines by the 500 quantities from FDOH and they don’t need that many. So they’re wanting a smaller quantity, which they say they can’t get. Honestly I don’t know who’s right and who’s wrong in their information, all I know is that I’ve been trying to get the shot for her for as long as the vaccine has been out and because she can’t go anywhere, she can’t have any visitors so she’s been lonely. It’s heartbreaking.
I don’t understand why Florida Department of Health here can’t have some kind of contingency plan for a situations like this.
I gave 3 stars because I’ve never dealt with them before and i’m just giving the benefit of the doubt that in all other issues they’re doing OK.
