I would like to complain about this company, because we bought C-arm Siemens Avantic 2007, but was sold 2005 and this info was not told us on time, what cause us the losses, because before entering our country we need to make a certification for my country for using this machine, And in that certification we have to write a correct number of the machines and the year of the manufacture. But because the information was wrong by the seller, we had a problem at the customer clearance. And we have to make a new certificate and pay for it again. During the communication, we reached agreement, that seller will return us 6000 USD in 10 days. For implementation of this, seller must give us the Guarantee Letter with the clear terms and conditions about returning money. From our side we gave all Bank Info and believe that he will send a Guarantee Letter soon. But it never happened. Every time we call him, he never picks up the call and never answer to the msges. Just few times after many calls he picked up twice and said that his secretary will send all documents, but it never happened. After all, he said he's company is broken, and he has no business and no money. Very bad experience of the purchase. Never had like this before!
I would like to recommend do something with the unreliable personell. FYI we will make a claim and go to court.
