Excellent, trustworthy and proficient doctor and staff. I see great with my new progressive glasses and that is quite hard to experience as a first time wearer. Dr. Steritz and staff have access to the latest technology in the field and go to great lengths to assure a smooth and perfect fit for our family needs. We prefer to drive to this location from 45 minutes away because I could not find a better optometrist. One can rest assured that Dr. Steritz will take care of all vision needs.

I was very impressed by my first experience here. Everyone was very professional and made me feel welcomed. The Dr. was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I was more impressed by the technology they use for the eye exam! I definitely will recommend Eye Trends Southlake to all friends and family 🙂

Destini was awesome . I was literally in and out she did my eye exam so fast. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody as she is absolutely a delight. I will be back here every year or every time I need new glasses Whichever comes first

By far this has been the best eye care experience! Dr. Steritz and the office staff were wonderful. Dr. Steritz was very thorough and made sure I understood my eye health. He is very patient and made sure all my questions/concerns were answered. Additionally, Priya was the BEST!!!! She was very patient, personable and explained all the various scans she administered. Highly recommend this place.

The best eye care experience I've ever had hands down!! Dr. Steritz is wonderful and did a great job of making sure I understand my eye health. Additionally, Peyton and Kim are the BEST! From the displays, to the top of the line equipment, to Dr. Steritz and his staff, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Eye Trends. Dr. Steritz was great at explaining my scans and eye health and how to continue to keep my vision healthy. Kim, who administered my scans, also spent a long time pulling frames and helping me pick the perfect pair (sunglasses too). She was professional and patient and that’s important to me, when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend Eye Trends for your next check up.

Dr. Steritz is very thorough & has very good bedside manner. After my exam Andrea helped me choose my new frames. She was great to help me choose what looked best on me. She was very kind & polite as well. I have been coming to this office for several years & would highly recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Eye Trends. Upon entering the office I was immediately acknowledged by the friendly staff. “Kim” was the technician who worked with me and she was fantastic and extremely attentive and knowledgeable about all the various scans she administered. Many of which I had never had done or even heard of before. It was great to receive the education on my eyes/vision and be thoroughly checked out. I was then seen by Dr. Steritz who further explained in detail my specific eye conditions and what my options were going forward. After seeing Dr. Steritz I went back into the lobby and was once again assisted by Kim, who gave me good advice regarding frame choices that would work best for me and ultimately helped me pick the perfect pair of frames for my needs.
She was incredibly patient as I was very indecisive and that's rare in customer service these days. I will definitely be a return customer to Eye Trends and recommend them to everyone.
