My brother and mother went here to get their eye checked and to get new glasses based off whatever their new prescriptions would be. While the place looks nice, the staff lied to my mother and brother. After getting their new prescriptions and not finding any glasses that they liked, they got a copy of their prescriptions to go somewhere else. When checking out, my mother asked if there was going to be any fee for going to another store to get the glasses and was told no. My mother then paid in full ($125 for her and then $125 for my brother). However about a month later, my mother received a bill in the mail for her and one for my brother of $20 each. They staff wouldn't explain why there was now a new charge of $20. I called myself pretending to be a new patient and was told it would only be $125 for the exam and I asked if there was a fee if I wanted to get my glasses somewhere else and was told no.

Dr Longa is amazing. She listened to my concerns when another Dr did not. And guess what, she found something so serious that I could of lost sight. She was the angel that I needed. Caring and gentle yet thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff is just as awesome as she is. I am happy to say I trust my eyes in her hands. Thank you Dr Longa and staff.

I unfortunately had a contact lens that tour and it was in my office for several days as soon as I arrive for the facility, they properly register me and I was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes. The doctor was very gentle professional and explained everything I am going back to have my eye exam and purchase my glasses there. It’s excellent.

This visit was a great experience. I actually got to see the same ophthalmologist as last time, so she was familiar with the possible issues I was facing. All of the staff were kind courteous and professional!

The new check in woman is horrible. I went for my appointment in February and the front desk female Hispanic person was rude. I had asked her name to report her, and she changed her tone. Carla the optician specialist used to care about her customers. She has changed her approach on customers. Not very nice like she usted to be. If you don't like your job or are burnt out, look for another line of work, Carla.
