As an avid reader and owner of a bookstore, glasses are a necessity as I get older. Warby Parker understands us book lovers. There’s this cool optical option not only available by mail but here in our county. I quickly took notice of this company as a brand who wants to really understand and serve their customers. Checked out the store, noted the cool decor, great options, and welcoming staff. Just had an eye exam from Dr. Amani (professional, thorough, and attentive) and then Meg helped me pick out my glasses. It was an easy, painless process. My glasses are on the way and I’ll be going back when I want another affordable option. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Sometimes, we all experience companies that are more focused on the return than who they’re serving and how well they provide their service. Warby Parker is the real deal. Take it from me, a serious reader and eyeglass wearer. They’re now my glasses go-to!

Very pleased with the total experience. The optometrist and staff were all wonderful. Love the wide variety of frames and the different lens options and the prices are great! I paid half of what I did the last time I purchased glasses and got everything I wanted. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly, informative and welcoming. The store is decorated so cute too. Live the esthetic. Eye exam was quick and easy. Helped me understand everything and didn't make me feel rushed nor "dumb" for not knowing hardly anything about eye lingo/eye care.

What a terrible store location and experience. I made an order the employees botched the order, they provided incomplete information, my order was never processed and after a month I cancelled. If Waprby Parker wants to make this right they can, but I have no intention on giving them business henceforth. I encourage you to not either. If you care about the quality of your eye care, don't support the incompetence that is Warby Parker
