I have been going to this pharmacy for more than 7 years. I liked the idea of supporting a local family owned business. I used to be able to get my prescriptions filled while I waited if I dropped it off or within 30 to 60 minutes if my doctor called one in. That was another reason I liked this pharmacy. Now it takes forever to have my prescriptions filled. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to get one prescription filled. Also, when I call to get prescriptions filled and leave it on the automated system, they are not filled until near the end of the day and on more than one occasion if I need more than one filled one or more are missed. I used to get a text when they were filled. I don't get that every time anymore. When Brian worked there he provided individual, excellent service and would call if there was an issue. If they were out of stock of my medication I would get it the next day. No longer the case. I don't know if the pharmacy has changed hands, but I am less than happy with the current service. I can get my prescriptions cheaper using Good RX at other pharmacies. I go there for the convenience and service which has changed in the past few months. I am thinking of switching to another pharmacy. That would be a shame as Family Care RXis a small business.

The Pharmacist and ALL of the Staff are AMAZING. They treat you like family unlike the major chains (CVs,Publix,Walgreens). They are very nice and they will call you and explain any questions you have in such a non judge mental way. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your medication with these people they make it such an amazing experience!

After using this pharmacy for two years, I was told not to fill my prescription here any more. I think was very rude. My doctor asked me to use this pharmacy a couple of years ago because they needed the business, guess they don’t need my business any more.
