Pésimo lugar, fui porque supuestamente tenía mi médico primario en ese lugar, cuando llegue me atendió otra persona, le pedí porque necesitaba 2 referencias de doctores especialistas, me dijeron que me llamarían en un par de días nunca lo hicieron, volví a llamarles para decirles que nunca me llamaron, me volvieron a decir que me llamarían en un par de días, nuevamente nunca lo hicieron, volví a llamar y nuevamente prometieron y no lo hicieron, hasta el día de hoy JAMÁS me llamaron para referirme a los doctores especialista, solamente es pérdida de tiempo, PÉSIMO LUGAR

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to the Hillsboro Urgent Care in Deerfield. The front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. They make scheduling appointments super easy and are always kind and patient. The medical staff are super on top of things. They take the time to listen to my concerns, identify the real issues, and give me practical solutions to improve health. They always get medications to your pharmacy right away as well. Their professionalism and genuine care for patients is really reassuring, and I’ve consistently felt supported when visiting this urgent care.

I am from out of state on a vacation and injured my toe. I called several local minor ER centers and this one was the most courteous of all! The front desk staff was knowledgeable and able to assist with my insurance questions. The nurse and doctor were experienced and I felt positive and comfortable with my care. Oh and they got me in quickly! Highly recommend! Great Staff!

I’m charged $150 bc I hadn’t reached my deductible- whatever they don’t control insurance. But when I want to confirm strep it’s extra. EXTRA. Isn’t that the whole point of paying my deductible? So insurance covers those tests? Because I have no doubt they will also bill them for the same thing and double dip. So they’re either scamming me or they’re scamming my insurance. I just called my insurance and they assured me it doesn’t work that way and they never should’ve charged me $150. My copay is $50. That’s it. Go elsewhere

I would like to thank Dr. Spadacinni and all the staff at HUC for great experience every time I have an appointment, prompt with any and all visits , treatments and tests. I would recommend anyone in need of primary or urgent care. The staff are always friendly and respectful and ready to advise and treat.

Slow process to check in. You are already sick trying to be seeing and they ask you to check in using iPad and then fill out the paperwork with the same information you added to the iPad. Quicker and more efficient way to check in will be better for those who are not feeling good and just wants to see a doctor.

Absolutely the worst clinic you can go to. Totally uncaring and unprofessional doctor you will ever find. Go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs. Here you will find the most rude doctor ever practicing medicine. She could care less about her patients. All she cares about is getting paid. She should have her medical license revoked. She obviously went into practicing medicine for the money. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had!!

They had me in the computer as having COPD trying to get a medical certificate for the DOT they took my money and told me they needed a letter from my primary doctor which I do not have I do not have COPD and I do not have lung doctor I forget what they call it they will not return my money $130 there's some overweight physician assistant back there with the big brain theory have a seat she says I'm not there for a seat I want my money back can't get it I will be trying an attorney and trying to get refund they told me I have to go through management shockingly you cannot get hold of management and by the way I had got my certification 1 hour later for only $100 20 minutes down the road $30 cheaper do not use this service
