Ive been to a lot of pharmacy's in my life. For example CVS and the ones at the hospitals. Nuevo pharmacy was a new experience! They were super Communicated. Very friendly environment, I felt like they cared about my general health! Very clean environment! I would highly recommend! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

100% recommended. The service is above and beyond; SUPERB! The staff is super friendly and personable. They are excellent at reaching out to their customers and informing them when prescriptions are ready. If you have any questions, their pharmacist is knowledgeable and very thorough. He made it simple and easy for me to understand any precautions and/or side effects my medication may cause. Been going there to pick up my prescription that I’ve waited one month and two weeks for and what do they do? They say they don’t have it even though they previously confirmed to me through call. This is the second time they’ve done this to me. After I left they had the nerve to call me again and ask if I could wait once more. Then after they told me they could give me my prescription today again.

Love it because they don't make you wait over 40 min like other pharmacies. Your wait time is between 0-10 min. Once your doctor sends them your prescription, they send you a text to let you know is ready for pick up. They usually have all the medicines..

I have been coming to Nuevo pharmacy for year and never once have I met a pharmacy with with extraordinary work ethic, they are fast and precise on all my prescriptions. The notifications for ready prescription is always correct. The wonderful staff is respectful and make you feel like you matter, the pharmacist is thorough with the details of the medication. I live further away now but will remain a loyal customer thank you guys for your effort and great service.

I have never rated a Pharmacy but this little Pharmacy is Amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and above all exceptional. I have had some new meds added to my regimen and Maria goes above and beyond to help me with any discounts available after the insurance pays their share. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her but thank you. So please give them a chance and I'm sure you will be extremely pleased.
