I had a bit of an emergency with eyeglasses specifically frames and fortunately having an eyeglass company,in the neighborhood sure worked out great I was able to get replacement frames at a very reasonable price and Sherry the technician that afternoon made sure that everything was just right. This place is awesome! I had gotten a new prescription and was looking for a new look, since I had always worn wire frames. The selection of frames was outstanding; beautiful colors and shapes. I was like a kid in a candy store! Deborah greeted me and took great care of me. Berangere is the other woman who works there, and she has a great eye for style as well. Deborah showed me many different styles she felt suited me and was able to help me find the perfect ones (I needed a regular pair and sunglasses as well). She is very knowledgeable about the different types of lenses and took great care in taking measurements and fitting the frames when my eyeglasses came in. You are treated to a wonderful experience when you get your eyeglasses at Belleair Opticians.

These new owners don't come close to the caring previous owners. Whether you like the glasses or not, she will continuously and repeatedly tell you that she is the"expert". If you put down a 400 deposit, no refunds. But they don't tell you that. In fact, she stated that her time to give you a 20 min. chart reading justifies her keeping your 400 deposit. She then called and increased the price of the glasses by 150. We decided not to get them, yet because she was not happy as the "expert"in giving our money back, we were told in front of other customers to never return. Everything about this visit was arrogant and kind of bullying. I would never buy from this lady. She really needed to spend some time learning customer service skills in the US prior to opening her shop. Too many other options out there for glasses.
