Excellent service at InFocus family eyecare. I have a complex prescription and the optometrists there recommended a procedure for me to improve my vision from past scarring in my eyes (which worked!) and also dialed in a prescription for me that significantly improved my sight. I have seen Dr Ashley Masuga three times now and she is phenomenal! She communicates everything to me and is incredibly knowledgeable. I feel ? confident in my eye care. She is truly genuine, passionate and truly cares about what testing is needed to keep my vision and eyes healthy.

I referred a neighbor to their office. Their hi school son saw Dr Brad Masuga. He came home stating what a cool experience it was and how the Dr talked to him and explained everything.

Everyone on the staff is happy, helpful and friendly. What a testament that is to management that takes care of their staff and promotes such a positive work environment. I love coming here.

I had been going to In Focus since moving here, for contacts and glasses. Every time they gave me a prescription for glasses, I could not see out of them, I felt like I was looking thru a fishbowl! I went back several times with new glasses and was told prescription was correct, I just needed to wear them and adjust! Finally after spending a lot of money, at In focus I went to another optometrist who figured out that the prescription from In Focus was way to strong and gave me the correct prescription, such a difference I can see so much better now, no fishbowl! In Focus never actually listened to my complaints or tried something different I am so disappointed after spending a lot of money for glasses there!
