Had an early Sunday morning emergency with my glasses which were my only pair that I broke. I thought either they couldn't be fixed or would cost me a fortunate. I was so happy when I found this store was open here on Sunday. So shocked but so happy. Went there with no expectations. But when I handed my glasses over to Trisha and she smiled and said said "easy fix". I wanted to cry. Not only did she have it fixed in less than 5 mins, but it didn't even cost me anything. (Side note - not sure if it's because it's where I got my glasses), but I walked out of there so unbelievably happy being able to see again.
Thank you Visionworks for having a store open on Sunday for people like me and for having someone so knowledgeable as Trisha.

I broke my glasses which were out of warranty. I called to see if I could purchase another frame and have my lenses place right away. Mike going my exact frames and placed my current lenses in within a few minutes. He was so fast and efficient. I was more than happy to pay for my frames but they provide them to me at no cost. I will always use Visionworks as the service is unmatched. Thank you so very much Mike.

My sunglasses had a screw missing so I stopped into Visionworks in Cape Coral and Mike and Stephen were beyond helpful! The manager Mike personally custom fit a screw for sunglasses I didn’t even buy from him! And…he didn’t charge me. Can’t say enough about this pleasant experience, next time I need new glasses/sunglasses I’m repaying them a visit!

First time new client here, called in for appointment, Mike answered and was able to get me in right away on my day off/birthday in the same week. He was very helpful over the phone and nice! I had a great experience from the moment I walked in to leaving. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions. They had top of the line eye testing equipment. Very thorough eye exam. Good selection of glasses on hand. Excited and looking forward to picking up my new frames soon! Will definitely be going back and I even referred my family to them now! I stopped in to Vision Works for a new pair of glasses recently, and I was very pleased with my experience! Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with him on finding exactly what you need. 10/10 recommend coming here for all your glasses or contacts needs. Mario was also very helpful as well.
