This was my first appointment at Brown's in Kathleen. I was greeted very nicely from the moment I walked in. After sitting for just a few minutes, I was taken into several different rooms for various tests before meeting with Dr Rajendra who was absolutely wonderful. She was so polite, thorough and explained every detail of my exam. I then went to the lobby to select my new glasses. Emily was my optical assistant and she definitely had lots of patience with me since I couldn't decide which glasses to choose. She was honest as I tried on different frames and helped me make my final decision. It was a great appointment!

I take my 10 year old here and they are amazing. Emily is very sweet and helpful especially with a child who knows what he wants. Emily went out of her way to order a pair of glasses for him just to try on. She made his day!! Thank Emily for going above and beyond.

Dr. Patel was great. She went over everything thoroughly. Then I was helped by Chantrice (hope I spelled it right). She was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and went over everything. I was also looking at some sunglasses and told her I didn't have my mind made up if I wanted them or not. I told her I would probably be back that afternoon or tomorrow. She held on to them for me and when I went back she proceeded to do her thing. Great again. And she even fixed my old glasses. Now they fit like they did when they were new. I hope she is available next time I need something. Truly an amazing experience.

While the staff at this medical office are knowledgeable and efficient, I was quite dissatisfied with the waiting experience. The room, approximately 90 square feet, felt overly crowded with six chairs in close proximity. With multiple patients sharing this space, including some visibly unwell, such as those coughing, it raised concerns about the potential spread of illnesses like the flu or cold. The constant movement of staff through the double doors added to the sense of being rushed.

I believe the experience could be greatly improved by either expanding the waiting area or limiting the number of patients inside at any given time. When the room is full, it becomes uncomfortable, as you're in very close quarters with others, often noticing strong smells, which adds to the unpleasantness. Overall, while the care provided was good, the waiting room conditions made the visit less than ideal.

Love this place, their staff, and their amazing office space! The doctor is attentive and responsive. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The technicians are patient and provide plenty of explanation about what’s to go. You won’t be disappointed.
