My mother and I went to the Santa Rosa store to look in person at the styles. I have a difficult prescription, at least for me, and buying glasses is not my favorite thing to do. Our sales associate, Kay, was fantastic greeting us immediately and allowing us the time to look around without feeling pressured. She patiently answered all our questions and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. My mother purchased a pair and I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. When Kay realized there was a typo on one of our orders, her manager was quick to fix it with no hassle and even gave my mother a multi pair discount too though her order was only for one pair. I live in Napa but it was worth the drive for the excellent customer experience and I will definitely be back when I need a new pair of glasses. Thank you Kay for your professional attitude. It is obvious that that you take pride in your work and I appreciate that very much. Bravo!

I went in to browse frames and walked out with an eyeglass order about an hour later. Got an exam on the spot and found frames I liked. Very efficient if somewhat sterile experience. The only negative was trying to call the store later -- got routed to WP central, which is a phone bank somewhere in space with no ability to contact the local store.

Just had a great experience at Warby Parker in Montgomery Village. The team was friendly and welcoming and the exam was done partially with a team member and partially with an eye doctor working remotely with the in-store technology. Took about 10 days to get my new Rx sunglasses and they are perfect. Will return for more glasses. Loved the convenience of the location, beautiful shop and fantastic team members!!

I didn't realize that Warby Parker had a location in Santa Rosa until I made an appointment for my eye exam. I would definitely come here again Dr. Sefton is a great optometrist and I loved the selection of frames. That coupled with the fast, friendly service makes this a win.

Let me start off by saying how incredible the customer service was: greeted by all the staff, very professional and incredibly fun and friendly! The store was immaculate and the displays were beautiful. The variety of frames available was so impressive, not to mention the incredible prices. They offer many options for lenses, as well, great for any prescription. I had such a quick and easy experience. Best experience I've ever had shopping for new glasses!
