The absolute best service I’ve ever had at a “glasses store”. I can’t speak for frame prices, but if you are in need of replacing lenses for frames you already have they make they make the whole process seamless. Highly suggested for getting lenses with as ones did the new Ray Ban Stories which you can get without a prescription at any retailer for much less than any “glasses store” which will have a higher retail price to pass onto insurance.

This is the type of place where if I could give negative stars, I would. A few years ago they messed up my order after pushing me to get the expensive glasses because they said, I ride a motorcycle and these were safer. Then they would not fix the issue so I paid more money and they made cheaper lenses (because it was on them 50/50). Then the alternative frames I gave them, they broke. The manager or owner guy instead of apologizing, with the NASTY negative attitude condescendingly said his technician broke the frames because they are cheap. He was referring to the frames not his business, but it makes you think. Those frames were titanium and cost hundreds of dollars. What would he know? You can tell employees do not want to work there for this unethical person. It is the perfect scenario for a small claims court lawsuit. But I had enough of their Mickey Mouse cash trap and do not want to see them ever again.

I've been coming here for years and really appreciated this place, but recently I wanted a simple lens replacement because they were scratched and under warranty. The technician scratched one of the lenses while replacing it, and I had to bring it back in attempts to get it replaced no less than 3 times, one time waiting 20 minutes before being told by the staff the technician was still out on lunch while I sat there waiting assuming my lens was being fixed. On the third time was told the lens "slipped" in the machine and yet another lens was ordered. As of writing this still waiting for the lens replacement while wearing an old, scratched, emergency pair of glasses.

UPDATE 7/19: Michelle at the front desk made right on this issue by offering me an additional free set of frames & lenses, so I bumped them up from 2 to 5 stars. Good customer service means a lot.

You can even bring in your own frames and they can do your lenses for $155+ in an hour or so. You can keep your old nice frames and can pay a bit out of pocket so you don't have to wait for ages. The lady that does the tints told me all this and said she could even tint them dark for sunglasses- so you can get those government ones that take 3 weeks - 3 months to get to you and turn em into sunglasses.

SO NICE AND WONDERFUL! I had been looking for years to repair two sunglasses because I was quoted such high prices. These nice folks just fixed both of my sunglasses, for free! Since this isn't something they typically do, they also gave me a referral to a traditional repair shop for future needs. SO nice! I will definitely recommend them for any glasses-related need 🙂

I was quoted $90 for a contact lens exam over the phone and was sure to be clear that I only wanted a contact lens exam. I made an appointment, took time from my work day. Then when I arrived for my appointment the price was $149 because apparently it is mandatory you also get a glasses exam. They took zero accountability for misquoting me or misrepresenting their services. Just repeating “I don’t know who told you that, no one here would say that” suggesting that I was lying? they didn’t offer me a discount for the mistake or to honor what i had been told. I walked out. No wonder this place has terrible reviews.

Always had great service here. Excellent glasses fitting! Sometimes the doctor is different I think they rotate locations. But ordering contacts was a breeze they even matched prices and helped make sure I got my rebate. They can get a little backed up since it’s a small staff but they have always been attentive.
