Great experience with this location. The doctor was very thorough, informative, and efficient. No wait time for my appointment, which was great. However, there is a long wait time when you order eyeglasses from A Plus. I’m happy I have my current pair which works great, but I was really looking forward to my new pair. It’s been about 2 weeks since my eye exam and I still don’t know when my eyeglasses will be ready for pick up. After reading other reviews, I see this is a common problem here.

Let's just say I have been a patient here for the last 5, maybe 6 years, and I won't be returning. Seriously, if you value your time, your money, and your vision, you won't go either. - negative 1 star

On Monday, December 16th I scheduled an appointment at A Plus Optique I told the receptionist, the per-care assistant, and the Doctor I wanted both an Eye Exam and Contact Lens Fitting/Exam (this is normal for me). I was told by the doctor "It would cost more"...(I said ok). He said for me to use my old lenses and come back (Why!) I also told the Eyewear specialist I needed an Eye Exam and a Contact lens exam (Not caring about, the cost, because this is normal for me). Do you know he asked me to come back on Friday (WHY). Now I have an eye exam and no contact lens exam and I can't schedule a Contact Lens exam without paying for an Eye Exam somewhere. This is the worst service I have ever received from a provider!

I paid for and ordered a pair of glasses in July. It is now October and I still do not have the glasses. A month ago they said I could come pick them up. When I got there, I couldn't see out of the glasses. They said the measurements were wrong, they remeasured, and said they would expedite a new pair. It is a month later and I still do not have glasses.

Honestly I look A+ Optique first time when I took my daughter there I fell in love with the environment plus I love how Mrs Tonya interacted with my bby girl I highly recommend this office to any parents or adults your not just a patient there but they treat you like your family ?

Horrible service!!
Getting the run around on a refund that should have been completed two weeks ago.
Tanya and Victoria are who I worked with on this matter and they have not resolved the issue.
Additionally, office wait time is ridiculously long.
I feel like I've been robbed of my time and money.
Stay away from this office and save yourself some frustration.

IF YOU ARE WONDERING IF YOU SHOULD GO HERE, DONT! A total waste of my time. Almost 3 weeks later and no glasses, just a bunch of excuses as to why they’re no ready for pick up. Oh all that and they have an attitude because you ask whyyyyyyyyyy.
