I have been to this eye doctor twice so far and I really love how thorough and accommodating the staff are especially Jessica! Many insurance options are accepted here, and I love that they have so many options for glasses. I definitely would recommend this location!

A few months ago, I visited the Hampton, GA location to buy a pair of glasses. I entered the vault and began trying on frames when I was approached by a woman of Asian descent. I explained why I was there, but her response made me feel as though my business wasn’t valued.

I’ve always purchased my glasses and contacts from this location, so I was surprised by her attitude. I also needed an eye exam, so I requested an appointment. However, as she searched for my insurance, she seemed frustrated, almost as if I were an inconvenience. Once she found my insurance, she scheduled my appointment, but the whole interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and I haven’t returned since. The doctor, however, is great!

The only local place I trust getting my frames from! I came in today to try contacts for the first time, and Jessica was very kind, patient and informative while she was teaching me how to properly put them in and remove them. I had a great experience per usual, and even left with some new frames. Love this place!!! I will be back soon. 🙂

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I called the day before I went in because my glasses broke. They got me in the next afternoon. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix my frames but they found a frame that fit my lenses and fixed them right there and I walked out with a new pair of glasses, thank you Jesus!! Thank you Jessica and all the staff for making sure a walked out with a pair of glasses. I really appreciate it so much!!

This eye center was a welcomed find near my area! I’ve been there a couple times now and the doctor is nice and answers all your questions/concerns! The staff is always nice and the wait times are not long. Chris is always helpful and has great customer service. Brittany was very nice and helpful as well! Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

All the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Chris is wonderful ?,she keeps me up on the style of glasses I like Cazal. Very professional. She lets you know upfront what everything is going to cost and what insurance will cover. Thanks Chris for everything
