Slavery no one there gets paid there, you work 56 hours a week to share a 3 bedroom house with 5 other men, house is a dump full of roaches and rats

The man didn't call prior to make an appointment, he just called right before he showed up. I asked him to wear a mask and supplied him with one.

He was rude, cross and grungy. He spoke to us with such belittlement and nuisance that we were glad when he left.

I've had to deal with the company a few times. Kept giving us faulty stoves. Had to get it replaced a few times, with one time the stove turning on on it's own.

Had a very noisy refrigerator, called to make a appointment thru a landlord, guy never showed on scheduled day. Then repair guy called and had a attitude when I asked him to wear a mask in my residence. Spoke a max of ten words to me and left me with a $65 bill stating user error. Would never recommend a business like this. Guy smelled awful and was rude and left black finger prints all over the inside of my freezer.

The place is said to be a ministry for men in need. It is not by far. The church they registered as a ministry with is no longer a part of the program. The housing was disgusting, full of mold and mildew in the bathrooms and bugs all in the food in the kitchen. They make you get a food stamp card just so they can take it from you keeping you from getting clean healthy food. The owner would talk to us every morning for an hour or so and every time my gaze was not upon him, even for a second, he would scorn me like an unruly child. The leaders and the other men who use this program will not welcome you or respect you if you have not been to prison and bragged about it. It is not a good place; ministry, business, or otherwise.

Never again!!! Great customer service when you go in but I went and paid $300 for a stove that didn’t work 2 weeks. Called them and they don’t do refunds so it took them 4 days to come fix it. They came and “fixed” it and it worked for 3 days. Called them again and it’s taken them 2 days to come replace it. I use this for my business and it’s been very inconvenient.

The House Of Grace Applicances is where we purchased our Fridge and stove never regret it at all our appliances are AMAZING the service from the time we walked in was GREAT... I highly recommend them... pricing is well worth it... Thanks again.... the name of the business fits
