I’ve been going here for a little over a year now. I love my doctor and all the medical staff I’ve encountered here. I’ve never had an issue and even encouraged my fiancé to switch his doctor to come here as well. We both see Dr Floyd and love how thorough he is. He listens and won’t give up until he’s solved your problem. The only reason I give it a 4/5 stars is because it’s always a hard time getting ahold of a receptionist. However, I believe they’ve made it possible to schedule spots online now so that should help a lot!

We love Dr.Floyd he has been very thorough with all of our conditions and explains things to us and spends time with us at our appointments to address any and all of our concerns. The staff is very nice and courteous.. We always are seen in a timely and efficient manner.. Also the facility is very clean. We also love Our nurse Lorraine she is very good with calling us back on our results... We highly recommend this facility!

Just called, Janet answered the line and I haven't experienced a receptionist as rude as her. Sounded like she just woke up and didn't even let me finish asking a question before she cut me off and said no. Heard the doctors are great, but I won't go anywhere in which I would have to deal with someone like that. Unpleasant and unnecessary

Not a very caring group. I just moved here from another state back in April. I had too find a doctor because of my illnesses. The team that I was given isn't ideal in anyway. I'm always being passed off to the emergency room or nothing is done at all. Not very caring too my needs or my medication's. I gave them a list of what I'm supposed to be on that has worked for my issues for the last five years and they totally ignored what was working. I'm very unsatisfied and I'm going to be looking for a new provider. I would not suggest this place to anyone who has serious medical issues or pain.

Have been going to them for 13 years. They are fantastic and I always feel like I receive great care. My current MD is Dr. Blumer and he is the kindest MD I've ever met. Word for the wise - schedule your appts for first thing in the morning or else you'll spend a lot of time in the waiting room.

assuming you can ever get someone to answer the phone, they were not very friendly. We were new in town and changed Drs, but they would only accept one of us, so I had to contact my insurance company and have them assign me to a different office. Getting an appt often takes weeks. Not getting them to see me turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Ms. Patrice T., Is one of the best medical assistants that works there. Don't get me wrong they're all great and helpful, but you know it's her when or if you call because she always picks up that phone with a smile and good heart.
