I came here right as they were closing but Denise said it was totally fine and helped me on my journey to find the perfect pair of new glasses for my first date. She even gave me some dating advice, which was much appreciated as I’m not the most experienced guy around. She didn’t rush me and was very professional. Adam and Dennis at Darien Eyewear are the greatest EVER. I broke my frame and just walked in unannounced and Adam JUMPED on it. I think I was there 15 minutes. I tell all my friends about Darien every chance I get. I'm so thankful they've been in Keene for so long. They are the BEST!!

My husband and I have been buying glasses from here for many years. We purchased him 2 new pairs a few weeks ago and the lady said they'd be in about 2 weeks. We didn't hear anything from them after the 2 weeks so I called and as wonderful as her personality always is, she said the glasses were here but would be ready Friday or Saturday. She said she would call me. She didn't call me. I figured we'd stop by the following week and pick them up.
So here we are Wednesday after Labor day. My husband and I go to pick up his glasses. Still no phone call btw. The owner waits on us and I said how HORRIBLE the lady was. He gets all offended at me and says it's his wife. Yes! That should make ALL the difference in the world! She was HORRIBLE!!
He comes out with my husband's glasses that we spent almost $400 on and told us next time to take our business elsewhere! WOW!! You wouldn't want to ask why your wife was HORRIBLE or anything like that!!
What a HORRIBLE way to treat customers!! I told my husband that I wanted to return his glasses but he needs them. But I will NEVER recommend anyone else to go here and I sure will NEVER do business with this place ever again!

Denise is awesome! She really saved me today! My frames broke and I cannot see without my glasses as I have graves disease. I had to call out of work, which I never do. My fiancee had to take the day off to drive me as well After going to many places and being told they couldn't help me or I needed an eye exam first and come back another time, blah, blah blah and giving up hope, I found her place. I walked in, told her my story, what I needed and she immediately started looking for frames and found a perfect match! Very affordable at 70.00. No hassle, no waiting. I am so very happy and will definitely return! Thank you Denise, you rock!

Used Darien's eyewear several times never had a problem. Today I remembered ordering glasses and not picking them up so I called. After research I had paid 40 down and waited for a call I never got so I called. Eventually they found my order and said I picked them up 4 days later. I don't use cash only my debit card. There is no transaction. There are no glasses or I would be using them. She got rude and hung up on me. Wonderful customer service! So I'm out forty bucks. The least they could have done was offer to make another pair and take forty off the price. I have recommended them a hundred times. Now will do opposite!
