I have been going to Focus to see Mr. Sam the past 3 years. I strictly buy Cartier glasses. There is no other place I would go to buy Cartier frames. They customize your lens to what you want or desire and Mr. Sam will give valuable input that will take your choice of glasses to another level. I was interested in purchasing a pair of LINDBERG eyewear from this business that I saw a week ago..
I called back to obtain additional information about the frames .. so I could pull up online ..needed to share with my friend before I made the purchase $600 purchase…
I spoke to a lady describing the frames ..unwilling to assist.. then I asked to speak to the gentleman that was there last Sunday.. he came to the telephone all RUDE Kept saying .that he was busy .. It wasn’t like he had a million of this particular color.. they were distinct.
It wouldn’t have taken 10 seconds to provide the information for those frames or better yet.. Good Customer service would have been… I’m busy right now, but let me please take your telephone number and we’ll get back to you!
