I am not giving this ER a review to be a critic and hurt them. I know that you do strive to help people and you were courteous to me. I just believe that if I give you my honest opinion then maybe this will help your judgement for better results with all patients. I have pinched nerves in the spine with the pain being bad enough that it hurts to move or even breathe. The doctor was on the right track of giving me something that I could tolerate being almost every common medication I am allergic to which causes sickness and rejection. The reason that it did not help me was the dosage for an adult is twice the amount or more than they give. So now I am back at home a few hours after with no relief at all and most likely I will not be able to lie still with this pain now.

Yall, every time I go there it’s a horrific experience. Every time. The doctors all treat you as if you are looking for narcotics. The nurses talk bad about you between each other from the station and can be heard from your room. When providing the “treatment” they do not communicate at all, so you leave not knowing what the issue was or what they did to help. It is just simply a horrible hospital. Period.

We had an emergency this morning and we are from Fla once we found the hospital all I can say is they are truly amazing people and the care we received was fabulous over the top. Thank you thank you thank you. I’m in awe over the over the top care my husband and myself received. Thank you❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏bless you all Thank from the bottom of my heart ❤️. I had the best experience with Jeff Davis Hospital. I went in to the emergency room with Afib. The staff worked quickly, efficiently, and with great care to get this situation under control. I was admitted for observation, and continued to receive excellent care. My room was clean and pleasant, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff was super nice and very caring. I am so grateful for our hospital, and proud of the excellence of care!

I had surgery on Tuesday and it went really well. Everyone that I came in contact with treated me like they truly cared and were concerned. Dr. Butler and his whole surgical team gave me awesome care. I was really nervous about the surgery and had been putting it off for quite some time, they were there with me calming and comforting me from the time I arrived until I got in the car to go home and they called and checked on me the next day. It was the best care and overall experience I have ever had in a hospital. Thank you so much Dr Butler and Jeff Davis Hospital.

Everyone was just wonderful. So quick and efficient while being friendly and compassionate. They got me prepped for surgery and the next thing I know I woke up from a deep sleep and Ouch! I had new pain but the bad pain was gone. Next thing I know my son was there to get me and I got to go home to my comfy bed. All in one day. Thank you to all the medical staff that made that happen. You all were awesome! My hero’s.

My son was brought in via ambulance due to a dislocated elbow at a wrestling tournament. The ER doc & nursing staff were great! They kept us informed and allowed us to be supportive for our son the entire time. The orthopedic said they did a great job getting his elbow back into proper alignment.
