I had an amazing experience here last night! My cat bit me and tore up my finger. I’m 24 weeks pregnant, and I did not want to go get it checked out. I have had terrible experiences with health care in other hospitals across the country and I just didn’t want to deal with it. But my husband insisted, so I went.

They first made sure they could handle an animal bite before I filled out any paperwork because they didn’t want me to get halfway through paperwork for the clinic and then need transferred to the E.R. to start all over again. So that was nice.

After they confirmed I could go in, I was seen within half an hour. The nurse was very kind, and I only waited a few minutes on the doctor (I believe her name was Bailey).

You know those medical TV shows where someone goes in for something small, and the doctor is so attentive that they catch something else and it ends up being a much bigger deal? That was my experience.

They took my blood pressure and it was high. This is a common issue for me during pregnancy. But I’ve had a headache with insurance and I can’t get into an OB. The doctor actually listened and cared as I explained all the problems I’ve had getting care. She spoke with a few other people, and she came back and told me they wanted to see me up in L&D to make sure everything was ok with me and the baby.

That may seem like a small thing to some people, but it was the first time in any emergency/urgent care situation (and I’ve had plenty) where I felt like the doctor saw me as a real, whole person. I have had doctors at other hospitals just write me off in the past, and totally ignore what I say because I’m a woman or because in pregnancy, everything is “normal”. But I would 100% recommend this clinic to everyone.

And once I got up to L&D, the ladies were AMAZING. They made sure my blood pressure came down and I finally got to hear the heartbeat of my baby!

I don’t think I had realized how much faith I had lost in the system until I was treated like a valuable person last night. Thanks to the whole staff for being kind and welcoming during the entire process! The women at the front desk and registration were entertaining, and even the people who I could tell were in training were kind and polite while taking their job seriously.

Overall 100/10 experience. Thanks to everyone! Especially Bailey. So glad you were my doctor last night.

Chloe was the nicest triage nurse.. the lady at the desk is always nice at sign in. They were so nice and polite! The lady that did my insurance information was aggravating me by not being able to find my info correctly and I've been coming here for years knowing damn well they can see it. Hell she even saw I went to physical therapy.. very aggravating when you are in pain.

But I couldn't take away from the nice doctor and others that played their role and made me feel like I'd get the answers needed for my pain.

This walk in clinic was an absolute blessing. The front desk ladies were so nice along with all of the staff. My 14 month old has been coughing for over a year and she recently got extremely worse. Military doctors are next to useless so this place was her saving grace. The doctor, nurses, and radiology techs did an amazing job with her. FINALLY, after so long of military doctors doing nothing we got closer to getting answers and we are able to keep her comfortable until we see a specialist. I am so thankful for this clinic!!

From the front door to the back, I had a great experience.NP Tommy Crutchfield knew immediately what was wrong with me even before the test. The nurse that I had was amazing also. I was in and out very quickly. Thank you for listening and taking care of me this afternoon.

Very impressed with the Walk-In Clinic. Did not have to wait very long. NP Tommy Crutchfield listened. He knew exactly was wrong with me. Received EXCEPTIONAL care from the moment I walked in until I was discharged. Highly recommend NP Crutchfield and the walk-in clinic staff! Will NOT receive BETTER care anywhere else!

I’d like to give a shout-out to Lucretia & Jai!

As a first time mom, everything new my daughter does is either fun or scary. Today she was throwing up for the first time & i was distraught. I had none of her information on me but still brought her into the walk in clinic since her pediatrician was closed. Lucretia sweetly calmed me down, reassured me & walked me through all the steps until we found her insurance.

Then once we were seen, Jai reassured me that it’s a normal baby experience. She even provided clothes since my baby was soaked & i didn’t have extra.

I honestly don’t know what I’d do if they weren’t there. They made a scared new mom feel comfortable and I couldn’t thank them more!

You all do not understand how this has been a blessing for me and my family. There are literally two pediatricians in Hinesville for the civilian peasants >_< and I am so happy for every person that works here from the front desk to nurses and doctors in the back. We walk in and are seen in less than 30 mins. Diagnosed, prescribed and out the door in less than 60 mins. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I just wish I had known about them sooner. Instead of waiting 30 days to see a pediatrician. You guys rock and are forever blessed for your service!

Have always gotten amazing service here. The lady at the front is so kind and really goes above and beyond. Today when I took my daughter in the nurse doing vitals in the back was amazing with my child. Literally amazing. Happy there is such a quick place like this to go in and not wait all day.
