Absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! The people are always so friendly and helpful. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes if I bring in a prescription. When it's called in from doctor's office, it's ready within a few minutes of me leaving the doctor's office. They send a text to let me know it's ready. I can't recommend them enough - WAY BETTER than the big pharmacies in PTC

Love this Pharmacy! They always go above and beyond for patients and you walk in and out. Very clean and friendly staff. I enjoy getting a text when it’s ready. Wish they had an app so I could navigate a more self service access. They do offer delivery within a certain radius which is very helpful if you may need that service! Enjoy coming here and the excellent service provided!

One thing I’ve realized is that where you get your medicine from matters…
The Pharmacy Place is head and shoulders above any pharmacy I’ve been too. Every time I go in they have what I need with a smile on their face- it’s quick service. Every time I call someone answers (within business hours) and one time they stayed open later than their hours so that my daughter could start her antibiotics right away. They also deliver. I can’t say enough good things— just really incredible people who care. I am so so thankful they’re my local pharmacy.

As a Heart Transplant Recipient and Kidney Transplant patient, medications are literally critical to my survival. For the past 7 years, Ive been able to count on the management, pharmacists, and staff at The Pharmacy Place to go "Above and Beyond" to provide exceptional customer service that you could never receive at a "Big Box" Pharmacy. Having my life saving medications "on hand" without multiple day delays have been the reasons that I tell every transplant candidate, colleague, neighbor, and new neighbor, that The Pharmacy Place is their One Stop Pharmacy Shop!

The pharmacy tech informed me that I did not have insurance. The meds were $25. When I forced them to run my insurance again (military family so I know I have proper insurance) They found it and said “ you have a $4 copay, but since we don’t make much money from your insurance, we will meet you halfway and you can pay $10”

I am trying to understand this mentality? What does pharmaceutical coverage for insurance mean if they try to fleece me for more money after my copay? Citing the insurance company doesn’t pay enough? I will be going elsewhere.

Unlike other pharmacies where you have to wait in a chair for all eternity, the pharmacy place is fast. When you have a prescription ready to pick up, they can get you have in and out in 3 minutes. They also have the kindest staff, they will answer all of your questions and in the end have your best interest at heart. This is THE BEST pharmacy.

By far the best pharmacy in town. Extremely helpful and always go the extra mile. I switched a few years ago and haven't looked back. They have compounding options as well.
