I came here in search of frames for a very rough 2 year old little boy. I had a specific style in mind, and Alex greeted me before I even had time to make it completely into the door! He listened to my request, and took me straight to what I was looking for! He came back around the counter with a few pair to see which ones looked best. We picked the ones we wanted, and while Alex took our info, Daniel went straight to work getting them made for us! Everyone was super sweet and never made me feel bad about my 2 year old being a little wild, after little guy had an eye exam and hadn’t had a nap.

We were in and out in less than 20 minutes!! I will forever use them for our kiddos! My 2 year old was very accepting of the interaction from everyone there!

This location has been treating myself, my husband, and my 3 kids for 20 years or so. They are always the best. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful. The eye exam is very thorough very willing to explain things to you. The customer service in picking your frames is awesome very friendly and patient. They make the lens so fast and your on your way. Love love this place and all staff in it.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 6 or so years, before that I went to the Brainered Rd. store. I’ve never really had any complaints, they were alway super friendly and helpful, however most recently attempting obtain the my contacts prescription annoyed me to the point where I’ll be looking for a new optometrist. I called while out of state to see if they could email myself or a local store as I’d run out of contacts..they said they would …and did not…I was annoyed but figured if I went in person it would be different. No such luck and when I got there they informed me the doctor has to approve it..which was weird because the prescription was not expired and they’re my freaking eyes…they never gave it to me like they normally do only my eye glass prescription, but the lady said she’s put in the request and would email me…as of today a week later there’s been no email. I’ll just say customer service changed with their expansion and younger people working idk. I was drawn to them because they were a local business and I love supporting local businesses, but after two attempts to get my own personal records, only to come up empty handed left a bad taste in my mouth I will not be back.

I'm not sure who i had my fist appointment she was sweet but today for my follow up I had Dr Gracie (forgot last name) she was so patient with me in finding the right contact prescription AND to top it off I had both my kids 5 and 7 running around the exam room and she was to nice to us all. She spent 45 minutes or so helping me changing out contacts all while my 5 year old was spinning on her chair

I got everything I wanted and more! Tamara was amazing, I highly recommend her! She was so patient with me when I was looking for frames and was able to give good professional opinions on what I was trying on (which was definitely needed when shopping alone). Everyone was very knowledgeable, understanding and very team oriented which is how a business should be! If your looking for a good all in one eye doctor, this is the place!

The staff has been so friendly. Dr. Greyssy was amazing and informational. Howard and Landon were great as well. I had to come to my appointment with my 3 year old son. And they made sure him and I were comfortable and just over all made us smile and laugh the entire appointment. I love my new frames and the contacts the Doctor suggested are so comfortable. Thank you eyear optical staff for a great eye appointment
