Got a massage from Billy and he was great. I had some back and shoulder pain and he was able to make a difference on it. He had solid firm pressure and made adjustments based on what I needed. Would recommend!

Isaiah was amazing! The massage itself was so good. I have had 3 neck surgeries, back surgery, and knee surgery, along with a spinal cord stimulator. I have been sore and my migraines have been so severe. With the massage itself helped so much!!! I had a plane to catch that night so it was amazing to feel so much less pain on the way.home. It has been a week today since I had the massage and I still feel relaxed, which is a miracle for me! Thank you Isaiah for helping me with my body feel so much better! I will be back next time I am in town! Plus everyone was so pleasant and made me feel welcomed, which lately has been far and few in customer service! Have a great New Year! Patricia Donahue, MCJ

I’m very disappointed today with hand and stone. on the way to my massage, 10min before my arrival, I got a phone call from the stuff to cancel my appointment not to reschedule and without offering any type of solution for the inconvenience. I made this appt 1 month ago, I had to booked a babysitter and clear my calendar. I’ve been a client for the past 3 years and unfortunately I can’t say I would recommend it, it’s always a gamble and very rarely we feel like we love the massage. The previous appt I had to reschedule the same day of my appt since they forgot to tell me they have opened a new location when I booked my appt. They definitely have wasted my time with any remorse.

I’ve been a customer of LaVida massage for the last 5 years and this is my go to place to get a back massage. They have some of the best masseuses who are very professional, courteous and friendly. I usually get a back massage with Tiger balm (extra $). The price is reasonable if you commit to a monthly plan. And it goes without saying that you need to think twice before committing to a monthly membership plan. The place is clean, hygienic and is currently following all the necessary COVID protocols.

I didn't have to best experience here with Diamond. To start this place is freezing cold and Diamond wasn't willing to give me a heated blanket or heated table. She also wasn't that welcoming. I probably would've had a better experience with someone else.

Great service, friendly staff and owner. I’ve been to many massage groups over 20 years and this place is the friendliest most helpful group of people I’ve encountered. I look forward to my visits and always leave happy and in a great mood from the overall experience. Treat yo self! And get over there and check them out.

My experience with LaVida was awesome! The staff were extremely kind, and the establishment was clean and really nice all together. Bum Sig was an amazing massage therapist! He evaluated my posture before starting and asked how the pressure was when beginning. I will definitely be back to see him! And the pricing was very fair. Great experience and customer service!
