This is a new establishment. We had a great experience. We were welcomed at the door. I was getting my nails and toes done, while my daughter was just getting her nails done. She was seated with a tech (Eddy) upon arrival and I was asked to sit a moment so she could find a tech for my pedicure. I wasn’t even sitting for all of two minutes and was walked to a station. This was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Le was my tech. Tina came shorty later to start my nails. Tell both listened to my wants and asked questions to make sure my nails would not only be what I want but what I would need. Will definitely be back!

Season

I was there for 2hrs for a regular full set, no design, nothing special. I got there a little before 10am and didn’t leave until noon. I think the young guy that did my nails is very new to doing nails because the laying of the acrylic was not good. I normally only get cotton candy, but because the way he laid the acrylic in 2 layers, it looked ugly underneath the sheer color. It looked like a fill-in instead of a new set. I was already there for a long time, so I just changed the color and left. I won’t be back because I can understand people needing to learn, but I wasted time and money. I’ll be going to get these shaped and fixed somewhere else. It is clean though.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.Worst experience at Nail salon ever. In the 3 long hours I sat there, 3 other people also complained. I started with my pedicure which was sloppy, theres paint on my skin, the french tips lines are uneven/opaque, cuticles not fully cleaned. I asked the lady at the front 3 times if someone could do french tips, and Once the lady started my nails I gave her a reference photo also asking could she do it. She lied it was a mess, the guy doing my feet took over it was still a mess.My nails were lumpy, there was lint on it because they left a rag under my nails, and the french tip lines were sloppy. A third lady stepped in and I told them to just paint it over it was still a mess. The lady at the front barely apologized saying I should’ve asked for another tech, and I still payed full price.

Also they have a sign outside saying 20% off for grand opening but they aren’t honoring it (false advertising)

3 strikes and you’re out. This is my 3rd time here and I’m unsatisfied. This time my front toe was cut wrong causing it to look slanted. They added acrylic and it still looked bad. No wait time but I was here for 2 hours doing a simple pedicure. I won’t be back. Going to stick to driving to downtown Atlanta

They did an alright job but I wouldn’t go back. I only received a gel overlay on my natural nails and 5 days later 2 fingers started lifting. The establishment is very beautiful. My friend that suggested I go, they offered her wine but I wasn’t offered anything. Everything took 3-3 1/2 hours for soak off, full set of overlay with gel polish (nothing special or extra at all), cuticles cut too.

I absolutely adore this place! I've been here twice, and both times Jennifer has done my nails, and I couldn't be happier with the results—they turned out amazing! The entire staff is so friendly, understanding, and informative. Jennifer even took the time to stay after hours to make sure my nails looked perfect, and she was so patient throughout the whole process. I can't recommend this place enough!
