From the moment I entered the building to the moment I left, the staff was amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The speed at which they moved was great to see but never once did I feel they were rushing the process just to get me out of the building. It was all a wonderful experience.

I saw Dr. Parker as an emergency patient on Monday (never been there, new to Savannah) due to an eye injury. First, the woman who answered the phone was awesome! Kind, seemingly genuine caring about the problem I had. She fit me that afternoon where as all the other ophthalmologists I called didn't have availability until the end of the week. Second, the front desk people were kind and friendly which doesn't always happen and it's something I look for. Next, Dr. Parker gave me a thorough examination and even saw some other things in my eyes that needed to be addressed in the near future. Dr. Parker's vibe overall was positive, caring, and compassionate. Once we had a plan in place for my emergency, I asked if after we fixed the injured eye would she be able to see me as a regular patient to which she enthusiastically said yes without hesitation. Honestly it's such a relief because I've had the hardest time establishing good doctors since I moved down here. Overall a great experience!

We really enjoyed our visit today as first time customers. From the check in to the overall visit was nothing but amazing!! I appreciate Dr. Echols being patient with me and letting me know everything single detail about my vision. My daughter along with my husband visited today as well and was very satisfied. From the time I walked through the front doors, I knew I was in the right place. The front desk receptionist greeted me with a smile and checked me in, the staff was professional and courteous throughout my appointment, and the environment was definitely relaxing.
