I was having very bad eye pain and I called my eye doctor and they couldn’t fit me in on a Friday, but refused to give me an appointment the next week and recommended eye drops. I called at least 10 places and no one would fit me in. I called Berry and they were full, but after hearing my situation Kelsey at the front desk kindly told me she would see what they could do, and Dr. Jessica Stone moved her schedule around to fit me in. Turns out it was an allergic reaction that they immediately got me a prescription for. They were so kind to me and took care of me within 30 minutes of me calling. I plan to only go to them from here on out. Cannot say enough good things about the service and staff here.

1st time and looking forward to a long time together. Great experience from the moment I walked in. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The wait was not long at all to see Dr. Stone. Her assistant was kind and patient. They explained everything as we went along. No pressure to buy glasses today. Was told my 3 top choices would be documented in my file. Happy patient!

I cannot say enough about Berry Optical. Dr. Stone was fantastic. She clearly explained everything and allowed me to ask questions. She was personable and friendly. The front desk ladies are kind and considerate. They explained everything clearly and were patient with questions. Rocky is a very friendly and you feel like you have known him for years. He has a great eye when it comes to picking frames and explaining the difference between them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the best offices I have been to in a long time. Dr. Stone was excellent and friendly with all the information needed for the visit. The front office staff were wonderful and made the visit fun and enjoyable. Mr. Rocky was another star of the office with helping me to pick out my frames and lenses. I will definitely recommend Berry Optical to my friends and colleagues.

They were incredibly helpful in issuing a return for my warranty for my lens due to a small chip on the right lens. No fuss, didn't even request pictures of the chip to see if it was worth a replacement. What made it more helpful was that they were doing this even though I had moved states away. I would still be going here if I did not move.

Absolutely outstanding! A great place to bring your children as well. I have a son who is on the spectrum and he needs someone who can show patience towards him. Berry optical has such a fine staff that truly cares and works very well together. Always greets us with a smile, awesome service and very helpful.
