I've been a patient at Village Medical for many years and have come to appreciate the conveniences that a rural Medical office offers. I'm comforted knowing that I'll see the same Dr at each visit. My wait time is minimal, averaging about 15 minutes in the waiting room and 15-30 minutes in the exam room. The practitioner has never rushed me and always either answers all my questions or gets back to me asap. Barring any unforseen problems, prescriptions are called in the same day. My practitioner has mad skills in diagnostics and in that I consider myself truly lucky. Absolutely no complaints here !

Everyone is super nice and friendly! My doctor (Dr Crystal House) is my most favorite doctor that I’ve had in a long time! She is very knowledgeable and personable and just all around nice and sweet! She listens well and fixes my problems as soon as possible! Love love love this office!!!!!!

My 7 yo son had an x-ray on his foot to see if it there were any broken bones, and we never received the results. We attempted to call and message throughout the day and never got an answer. In the past I’ve never experienced this type of delay in getting results, especially as important as a potential broken foot. The staff has always been pleasant. I believe the problem is understaffing.

Christal is amazing! She always makes sure to ask all the questions I might forget about during my check ups, keeps me updated on my physicals and women’s health as well. The staff is all around enjoyable from the the moment you walk into the door, to the exam room, labs, etc. Dr. Barton has really created a team of health specialists that I can always rely on and feel absolutely comfortable dealing with. Shannon Barton is a true hero in our community.

I don't know what's changed, but support has gone downhill fast. 10 months into the year, and for whatever reason, they still didn't have my insurance card on file. I sent them the insurance information twice. 3 weeks ago, they said I needed to see a neurologist for my restless legs, and I'm still waiting on the referral.

Christal is the only reason I give it 2 stars. She is amazing.

Hands down the BEST practice I’ve been to. Extremely efficient, clean and all the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond.
