My husband went yesterday because he was feeling terrible. They tested him for Covid and the flu and when tests were negative they sent him home. He told me he felt like they rushed him and did nothing. Things took a turn for the worse and I decided to take him to the ER to fine out he has pneumonia. It’s upsetting considering he paid almost $500 out of pocket and kept our 5 month old son last night. If you’re looking to be swabbed & rushed out this is the place for you

I had a terrible experience as a returning patient. I normally have relatively good experiences but I was spoken to like I was a child by somebody young enough to be my child. They sent a student in by herself to consult me. She had an argument for everything I tried to tell her. They wasted my time and money. I learned my lesson and got the treatment I needed from my Primary who usually never has an opening. This student was either reflecting the views of the practitioner or never needs to practice medicine EVER. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because there are NPs that treat you with dignity but this experience with them was beyond unacceptable.

I’ve always been very satisfied with this office,but I just left there without being seen! The receptionist was very rude,and informed me there was already a 1 and 1/2 hour wait and she didn’t do it in a caring way it was more of a….your putting more work on me way and then she let me know that there was a new system and it was gonna take some time to put all my info in the computer and she said it once again like it was a burden to her!
I was sick enough to seek medical help I stood in line for 15 minutes already I sure don’t feel like doing all that with someone who was so bothered by me being there

Very sick with stomach issues. This clinic told me I had Covid and sent me to Hamilton Medical Center for a infusion treatment, which did not help. For four weeks I kept getting worse. I lost 21 pounds during that time. My wife decided I needed to go somewhere else so we went to a different walk in clinic. The PA did some tests and said I had a bacterial infection in my stomach, not covid. She prescribed antibiotics and within three days I was feeling much better. So I was sick for four weeks because HCC had no idea what was wrong with me. Go somewhere else.

My wife just tried to receive care here and was turned away because she's a patient of the practice next door and according to the person at the front desk, they "like to compete with one another. " So they refused to see my wife before she made sure the place next door couldn't take her. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and unethical.

Needed to get a TB test read that I got at another clinic (they were closed because of a sprinkler busting) the nurse read the test in the hall. I asked if I owed anything she said no. I asked if she was sure? Two other girls said I didn't owe anything. I said thank you. Then got a bill two weeks later. I would have been fine paying at the appoint. I'm mad I was told I didn't owe anything then got a bill.

While I was signing in a lady came to say, "my mother who tested positive for covid is waiting in the car and she was here to try to get some medicine." She asked if her mother should wait in the car or go around back. They told her that she was okay to come on in and sit in the lobby, despite there being other elderly people there. Also, my daughter was prescribed medicine she is allergic to, although I told them she was allergic to it. My pharmacy called to get the medicine changed and the lady on call prescribed her pill form medicine (antibiotics)not even knowing her weight or age. She's 6 years old!!! Super unprofessional. The only good thing about this place is that they were able to get us in on a Saturday and the wait wasn't long. I wonder why.

I went there with a sore throat, headache, body aches. I have had Strep quiet a few times. They tested me for COVID even though it was my first day with symptoms but didn’t want to test for strep. Said people my age usually don’t get strep. I didn’t know strep had an age limit… that’s because it DOESN’T. They did nothing for me. Said it was viral. Well another doctor confirmed today that it IS STREP. My daughter and son-in-law would not be having to miss work today and tomorrow if they would have just tested me and treated me 😡😡😡. NEVER AGAIN .
