This is my first appointment here. The initial startup on this is a hassle. Approvals of everything, making sure they know what they need to do after my doctor’s office having sorted it out over the last few years. Imagine one mechanic diagnosing your car and then taking your car to another mechanic for the work. Obviously the two parties aren’t going to be thrilled or in a rush to help each other. But hey the insurance company doesn’t care because they save some money and they don’t have to go through the process.
Once everything was sorted it went fine. I don’t like the private room but I realize some folks will. It’s well decorated and very comfortable. In the end I will be back here every month on what has become a conveyor belt of mass production healthcare.

This was our first visit to Pure Infusion for a medical procedure. What an amazing & pleasant experience from beginning to end!

The staff we interacted with (Amanda, Susanne, & Tiffany) made the visit as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Professional, pleasant, and personable. It was abundantly clear that they cared about the patient having the best experience possible under the circumstances.

Suzanne and Amanda were so kind and welcoming. This experience made me actually look forward to getting my next infusion. No more driving to downtown Atlanta!! Having a private room with a tv and comfy chair was amazing. The lunch and drinks provided was an added perk it was very much appreciated. Thank you!

The office is in a great location and amazingly outfitted. Each private suite has a comfortable recliner, large screen tv and a great assortment of drinks and snacks. Not to mention the staff is AMAZING…….professional and very friendly. One of the few medical appointments I look forward to😊

Everyone was friendly and professional! My nurse was wonderful ! Had no trouble getting a vein for the infusion which was very important to me as I have had some bad experiences somewhere else recently! I highly recommend Pure Infusions !

Had an amazing experience here! All the nurses and staff were so welcoming and kind. Found a spot for my IV that i’d never used before and it made my Skyrizi infusion 10x easier to handle. I loved having the privacy of my own room, and I especially loved all the snacks provided to me while I was being infused with my medication. So glad to have found this place, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an infusion!

The staff is great and very pleasant. The issue is the amount of time to get in and out. Being use to 1.5 hr to max 2 hrs for my typical infusion from my previous location. And that is with seeing a doctor prior infustion. To today, for just a regular infusion minus having to see a doctor, took 3.5 hrs... seems a bit unorganized, and certainly not how I intended to spend on a day off from work. Again, the staff really was great, just need to work on efficiency.

Oh my goodness! Where to start. The staff are so wonderful! Kind, caring, knowledgeable, and engaging. We had a medication snafu due to no fault of their own and they did everything to make my experience great. Truly amazing!
