I tell no lie I came here to ga from nyc with two young children 1st and 2nd grades did not believe i would be around to raise them for I was dying. Won't say from what but the ladies here along with the suggested herbs saved my life. Now I'm a grandma. I trust them immensely. Not enough good things to say about them. Caring, non judgmental, honest, not mushy or overly sensitive, like me, knowledgeable, and patient.

I had Dr. Gardner on my podcast and she was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen too.
I always enjoy listening to somebody that understands her business and has a passion for helping people. Feel free to go on Kennesaw happenings and listen to her podcast. I’ll try to post it here so people can enjoy her knowledge and expertise.

I have been coming to this shop for nearly a year. I feel grateful to have found it! Eli is so professional and kind and charges a fraction of what others charge for the same products and inferior services because she is so passionate about her work/helping others. I’m constantly blown away with her knowledge. There is no doubt that I far healthier because of her! I have seen her juggle this busy shop and always treat people with respect and kindness, expertly addressing a wide range of issues. The Herb Shop is a true gem!

I love the Herb Shop. Eli is a strong and powerful business owner and has the best intrest of her customer at heart. She has done a wonderful job with the shop and been in business for more than 10years. Selling the best of products for the whole. I found her product prices affordable and a large selection. This place is out of business. No answer when you try to call the number. You can't patronize a business that either doesn't exist or doesn't take the time to put their new location.

8 yrs ago, I was walking down Mill Rd feeling sluggish, I dropped into the Herb Shop and my whole life and health was turned around and I haven't been the same since. Ms. English was like a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable, educated on all her products and very thorough. There is a hospitalable and caring feel and Eli will always help us find the most natural and personalized way to heal ourselves. All with a big smile. Anyone from any walk with any ailment will benefit from a visit to this wonderful Herb Shop.

The owner is extremely polite and pleasant however I can't warrant doing business with someone who refuses practical returns or exchanges. I had purchased two supplements and did not end up using them. About a week after my initial purchase, I came in to inquire about returning or exchanging them (they are still sealed, completely unused) and she very flatly told me that she doesn't do returns or exchanges. That's fine as a business owner if you choose a policy and stick to it for simplicity sake. However, from my perspective you are more concerned with keeping my money from one purchase than you are with creating a lifetime customer. If you had at least offered an exchange, perhaps I would have been able to put that money towards something I actually needed and I would then be prompted to shop with you repeatedly in the future. Buyer beware, be sure you are getting exactly what you want before you purchase.
