Nicole was so amazing helped me out completely. She’s so nice!
Update: I just wanna come on here and update my experience. I thought that because my provider was not cooperating, it would be a done deal with the pharmacy and I would need to call. I just received a call that Nicole took care of everything for me. I’ve never gotten customer service like that and I hope her boss and the owners know how much of an amazing employee that they have!

Jean and his superb are THE best in the industry. They continuously and efficiently maintain all the orders for my family of 6. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I was referred a number of years ago by my daughters specialist for a compound medication that the “big” pharmacies could not fill. Upon meeting with Jean we transferred all of our prescriptions immediately. I have referred many people. The service is SUPERIOR. I highly recommend anyone leave the inefficient conglomerates behind. I switched to MSP after using a big name retail pharmacy for over 20 years. I wish I'd switched sooner! The staff has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The team at MSP go above and beyond and give the best service I could possibly want from a pharmacy. Delivery service, at timings that work for me - perfection. When Covid hit and I was dealing with a little one with serious reflux Jean personally delivered medicine to me that no other pharmacy would even make. He was my knight in shining armor. Cannot speak more highly of this place.

Main Street Pharmacy has very nice and friendly staff from my interactions with them. My prescription was promptly refilled. They were kind enough to deliver my prescription from Bridgeport CT to Meriden CT where I live. The driver was a good friendly and cheerful guy too.
