I switched pharmacy’s 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems, the wait time is always 30 mins+ they never have my meds, mind u they are not controlled substances and if that’s not the problem they just don’t give me the right meds. 0/10 would not recommend I will be switching pharmacies today.

I'm a customer in this pharmacy for more than 7 years. Me and my wife would like to say we receive the best service from a kind lady Stephany. The young lady is very kind to her customers and my wife will always prefer to go to her. Don't ever change bridgeport pharmacy.

I have to say when I go and conduct my business at Bridgeport pharmacy it is absolutely incredible customer service and the services they provide five star I always love going here they always have what you need and if they don't they do their best to get it ASAP so much better doing business here then the big pharmacys who don't take their time to know their customers Bridgeport is the best if you are not there yet doing business my friend. Tomorrow it is well worth it absolutely great place, professional environment and I'm saying this from my experience no one told me to write this review..

This place is nothing but problems NOTHING but problem . Never send the right medication . Don't have anyone who knows how to answer the phone correctly . Use Walgreens or cvs or even Walmart go to a place that may know how to treat people

I called Bridgeport Pharmacy attempting to fill a prescription of which there is a nationwide shortage. I spoke with the pharmacist who informed me that he had this Rx in stock. My provider called late in the day, to speak with the pharmacist who stated that he had the prescription in stock. I dropped the Rx off the next day as soon as they opened, and shortly thereafter received a less than professional call from a gentleman who identified himself as the "manager, owner". He spoke quickly, and did not provide clear explanation as to why he could not fill the prescription. I explained the various steps that I had taken to ensure my insurance would cover the Rx. The "manager-owner" stated that that the pharmacist the day before was "incorrect" as he is a "covering pharmacist". He spoke quickly, using jargon about the class of medication, and specific ordering. I suspect that the manager did not want to fill my prescription as I am not a regular customer there. If this is the case, the business should make all people aware that they can not fill their prescriptions if they have certain insurance and/or if they are not regular customers. While I do not doubt that this place of business provides vital services to many people, the experience that I had was poor, especially given the mixed messages.
