I have been going to physical therapy to treat lower back, hip, and glute issues, and decided to give massage therapy a try. I came across the Life Balance website and liked the focus on rehabilitation. Jess is amazing! She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about the human body and anatomy, and is always able to pinpoint problem areas and how to treat them. I've had 2 sessions with Lauren, both prenatal massages (1 during 2nd trimester, 1 during 3rd). I absolutely loved the prenatal massages and cannot wait to go back postpartum. As someone who has regularly gotten massages over the last decade or so, Life Balance's quality is amazing. Would highly recommend.

I had a 90 minute massage with Jessica, first time going. She was welcoming when I got there and made sure that I felt comfortable. The massage was great, and she did a fantastic job at balancing conversation with some peaceful quiet time. You can tell that she puts a lot of time and effort into both her business and practice.
