In terms of knowledge and expertise, Dr. Anastasio undeniably excels in her field. However, my evaluation is solely based on my recent encounter with this practice, and unfortunately, it falls short of professional standards. I underwent bloodwork through Quest in December 2023, and regrettably, I missed Dr. Anastasio's follow-up call in January 2024. Despite the considerable passage of time into March, I am yet to receive any communication to discuss my lab test results.

The apparent lack of follow-up is not only disconcerting but also reflects a level of unprofessionalism that one would not expect from a healthcare provider of this caliber. Adding to the frustration, attempts to reach the doctor by phone have proven futile as she is consistently unavailable. The inaccessibility of medical professionals can be a significant deterrent for patients seeking timely and comprehensive care.

In my earnest effort to obtain my test results, I reached out to Quest, only to discover that I had missed the 60-day window for retrieval. Consequently, I find myself in the unfortunate situation of having to pay a Quest bill for a doctor's appointment I am unable to schedule or fully comprehend due to the lack of post-test consultation.

While I genuinely appreciated my initial interaction with Dr. Anastasio, the subsequent absence of follow-up has significantly diminished my overall satisfaction. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this practice to others seeking quality service, as my experience has demonstrated a notable lapse in the provision of thorough and timely care. It is disheartening to witness a practice with such potential fall short in the crucial aspect of patient communication. Consequently, I advise against investing your time in this particular healthcare facility, as it seems unable to deliver the level of service and attention patients rightfully deserve.

Dr. Anastasio is a wealth of knowledge! She knows how to get to the root of the problem and is excellent at putting the pieces together to find out what's really wrong. Where other doctors fail, Dr. Anastasio succeeds at diagnosing and treating with natural & safe treatments! She is definitely the go-to person when your at a loss and your other doctors are failing you. I can't thank her enough for all the things she has done for my health and my family's.

Debra Anastasio is now alone and is fantastic! Elise Panza who was there at the time I went was not helpful at all, in fact rushed me out of my initial appointment, I'm sure not even 10 min had gone by, it took longer to fill out the initial intake forms! Fortunately she is no longer with this practice, so no reflection on the other doctor.
