The staff are friendly and quick to serve. They answer all question and help make our visits pleasant. The only issue that I have is that as a retired vet, I have to get medical help off base. I wasn't expecting this after retiring after 20 years of service. I understand that due to cost, active members have priority.

The Dover Air Force Base is the worst Base for patient care for dependents that I have ever seen. The pharmacy is a mess, they continue to drop the ball when it comes to refilling meds. The pharmacy is often confused and act as if their time is more important than the patient. The Records department is lazy and takes you forever to get your records. They have a wait time of 30days. They love to hold you hostage on the base and they do not have a clue of what they are doing. Yes it is good for Active Duty and their Dependents, but are lacking in respect for Retire Vets and their dependents. Patient advocacy is so busy they forget to answer the phone. What is worse they will call you at the end of the day if they do call you knowing they are about to close. What a waste of time for those who sacrifice for their country so that others may live. I am looking for another PCP Team ASAP

It’s too much to wait, they just put me in hold. I started calling 2:08pm until i giving up 2:50pm, do you believe that? OMG, when i visit the pharmacy they not even busy they just waited and seated. I can feel the lazy workers.Come on guys, the government pay your work, you’ve better answer the calls

I have a suspicious spot on my leg and need a referral to a dermatologist. I followed their "protocol" and scheduled an appointment with my PCM. I have had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled 3 times because my provider can't see me at the appointment time they chose. It's been almost a month and they keep postponing my appointment. I'm tired of taking off work and then having my appointment cancelled the same day. Very poor patient care causing a delay in treatment which when dealing with possible cancer, can be a problem for which they will be responsible.

Had to wait an hour and a half to get my prescriptions. Don't know who messed up my meds, but only got half of what I needed and then had to go through the whole process again to get missing meds.

My only problem with the process is that ready orders are held and released in a bunch so you have to stand in line for some time before it's your turn. It has to be as painful for others as it is for me to have to stand so long. Granted I could sit until the line dies down, but nine times out of ten there's a new lengthy line. I personally prefer the prior system where you took a number. You would still have a wait but it's a lot easier on your joints.

Depends on what you go for. Immunizations, pretty quick and very polite. Pharmacy, does their job but obviously not happy about it. Luckily you can text in prescription ahead of time. (See photo)

Nice and clean facility. However, I was told 20-30 minutes. 35 minutes later I get up and ask, and catch an attitude from the pharmacy tech.
