Hablan español. Te atienden rápido y no importa si no tienes cita. Me fascina. Me entregaron mis lentes a la hora de haberlos ordenado y los de mis esposo los tuvieron al tercer día. Lo recomiendo.

The new Cohen’s location is very clean. The ladies at the front desk are so lovely and helpful.. The doctor is superb! She is remarkably the best doctor I have come across in a long while. The lady that did my eye testing is an also nice. The gentleman was also pleasant..I will definitely go back to this location for services. I am so sorry I did not catch your names. But I know, you know who you are . ?

Finally came across a optometrist that could filled my prescription for my Cazal frames as I went to 2 locations that said it can't be done and Cohen's with open arms said yes we can....the staff is polite and kind and go beyound to make a customer happy and satisfied.....i became one of them customers!

Second time I went here with my union voucher and was tricked into being sold frames that were not on my union plan so I had to pay $50 extra. I went in asked if they take my union voucher then asked them which were the union frames. They showed me the section and I picked out frame and asked if they would hold the frame until my eye exam. For them to hold glasses because i had to wait for exam 2 months I had to put down $25 deposit. When I went and had eye exam and had the glasses made to prescription they said I owed another $25. When I asked why the voucher didn't cover those glasses I was told those glasses were not the union frames but an "upgrade". I know I only picked frame from section (top shelf) but they said these glasses were from bottom shelf. The sections are not labeled in any way. BE CAREFUL THIS PLACE

Had the best experience getting my first pair of progressives. They gave me all the info I needed and more so my adjustment was so easy. The staff and the Dr was amazing, and kind. They even helped me choose the right glasses . That’s not easy! Definitely coming back when I need my next pair.

Great experience as always! Brenda the lady that does the pre eye exam is very nice and cleans off the machines before use! I love the thorough eye exam! Selena is a star at customer service and she helped me with filing out the forms, verifying my insurance, and picking out my glasses! Stephanie and Sarah are also great at customer service! Everyone has been very king and sweet! 10/10.

I went to the Crystal Run location for new glasses and an eye exam for the first time in years. I was absolutely treated like a real human and not an commission. While dealing with Dr. Blair she made me extremely comfortable and I really understood what was going on with my eyes and their health. Selena and Brenda were pleasant and knowledgeable of the process and products that I needed. They both kept me calm and informed during the whole process. I'm so excited that they have moved to a better location and I will definitely be using you guys again

My wife and I went to get our new glasses yesterday (sunday) and had the absolute best experience we have ever had getting glasses. I can not say enough about how wonderful our visit was from start to finish. The optometrist took her time with us, got to know us, and made us feel like we were the most important thing on earth. The rest of the staff was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. It's rare that you go somewhere today and feel valued, especially as a new customer. You could tell they all liked their jobs and cared about their customers. It was busy too, but they took their time with all of us, making sure we got what we needed. My wife and I left there knowing that we will never go anywhere else again.
