Had a packaged delivered to the store due to UPS system not taking the address that they deliver to normally from other stores. The lakeland Florida branch called and confirmed the package being sent there while I was in the store and no additional fees or issues at pick up for my 80 year old grandparents. Now the store is charging a storage fee for pickup on the same day it arrive - because their address was used and they told us everything was already handled. Shady business practice and the owner Connie Should be ashamed of her store doing this to elderly people on fixed incomes.

I would also like to see in writing where it states they charge this fee.

It’s 30 minutes to get here. You close at 6:30. If it wasn’t for a stopped bus I would have made it. But I pulled up the door EXACTLY at 6:30 and asked the grumpy faced blond girl to wait just ONE MINUTE. She said “No way!” and locked the door. If that’s how you want to treat your customers, then expect it back. And I promise you, I’m going to give it back to you. It’s not like it’s a hard job.

I got there a 6:29 pm and had no issues, The little blonde hair girl was so helpful.
Got me in and out quick, just watch your self in the parking lot, people fly through there trying to drop off those packages at 6:33 knowing they close at 6:30 . SMH

There is a particular staff member in the Seaford Delaware location that is extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I was struggling with the return kiosk and she offered to help me at her register. She does every time I go in there. She is a complete pleasure. Her name is Maddy ?

The first time I entered the store I was on my way to work,Wasn’t sure if I would be late but I was in and out in a couple of minutes,The last time I went I was greeted by Mekayla and she was very polite and helpful,She was also helpful helping me get on the Wi-Fi
