Honestly I cannot say enough about the amazing staff here. I came in because my boxer/pit pup was having issues with his skin and I had changed his food 3 times already. The staff recommended Zignature food and medicated wipes to help and within a week there is improvement. The irritation on his belly is gone and his paws are improving. At a time when I felt like the crappiest dog mom the staff was there to help without judgement. I then returned to get my pups nails cute and within no time he was done. The staff even asked about his skin and the dog food. Amazing customer service, helpful staff, and an inviting environment. We will most definitely be returning for any of my dogs needs.

The prices on the pet food are already outrageous and I'm sure it's been marked up by at least 50% or more above what they actually pay, but now they're charging you for paper bags at check out unless you bring in your own! .25 for a paper bag!!!! You don't make enough already that you have to gouge customers for a stinking paper bag to put the merchandise i am buying from your store in? That's a sweet little thank you for being a patron and spending a ridiculous amount of money. Never shopping at Yarn and bone again. It's not the money it's the principle.

Took my dog to get groomed here but he was cut to short…. So short that he has a cut on his head and one under his arm on his chest. I had to go buy wound care from petco Love the store for products but I do not recommend for grooming! I feel so bad for my dog!

I was taking my dog here for grooming and one time he came home smelling bad like he had never been washed. I called and they said we cant get him for a bath until next week wven though I paid for a full groom. I declined and bathed him on my own because I didnt want him to smell for that long. So the next time I took him in I reminded them that they were going to take a percent off for the bath. When he got done they ended up not charging which I thought was nice but then....the next time I called to make an appt the owner was VERY VERY RUDE and said we told that you needed to find another groomer, which they didnt. All because they made a mistake and didnt like me calling them out on it. So if you ever have a problem with them god forbid dont tell them because they are horrible business owners and cant keep groomers because of that! They are down to one again.

This is a great pet store. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can custom order collars and other things they sell and the prices are on par with other stores. I really like the pet washing station also . They have a lot of great products

We have been taking our pup (Thor) here since he was 8 weeks old. Now he’s a year and it’s still his favorite place. The staff are so friendly and helpful and their products are so unique and cute.
