Everyone here has been so kind and professional. I used to go to the location in Atlantis, but that one recently closed so I came to this location for my annual and saw Dr. Isdith, and my appointment this morning was finished within 30 minutes! I was very comfortable during the exam. The whole office, bathroom, and my exam room were extremely clean and sanitary. I didn't always have the greatest experience with the office staff at the Atlantis location, so I'm glad I had to come here this time, will definitely be coming back to this office for my future visits! Thank you Dr. Isdith & staff!

Saw Dr Keith Aqua GYN who was everything I expected with such a great last name … kind, professional, respectful, great communication skills, gentle & knows his stuff. The staff was great as well & fits with their kind & respectful & personable communications. I’m impressed . Make your appts there Boynton Beach office on La Chalet Blvd & Jog Rd.

It was my first time to this location. The staff was nice and professional. Dr. Ingrid Isdith made me felt welcome. They don’t seems to over book patients. I was in and out in approximately 45mins. I also got a thank you text from the staff.I would recommend this location.

I've been seeing Dr. Emerick for the past 7 years. In the past year I've experinced two miscariages. I went into this new pregnancy being very clear with Dr. Emerick that i want extra monitoring as i am considered a high risk pregnancy. He seemed to agree but wanted to do betas first. I took the betas the same day then had to hound down his office staff for two straight days just to get results. As you can imagine after two losses I was very anxious. Mind you I hadn't even missed my period at this point so when I finally called for what seemed like the millionth time they said my HCG was 15 and it was "on the low side." Okay thanks for the heart attack even tho everywhere I looked 15 is normal for before your missed period. I went in and took a repeat beta 48 hours later. Got the results right away directly from labcorp that Saturday. HCG had more then doubled to 40. After once again having to reach out to the office myself they told me "well he wants to repeat the betas in 2 weeks" excuse me? Two weeks? That's past the time for early monitoring. When I asked the nurse why she just replied "I dunno that's just what he told me ill have to ask him and give you a call back" I feel like my pregnancy (a high risk one at that) is not being taken seriously at all. It also seriously upsets me that I have to call during my own work hours just to get results when that should be the offices job to call me, not the other way around. All in all so far this pregnancy has been way more stressful then it should have been and im very disappointed with the lack of communication from Dr.Emerick and his staff and at this point am considering switching to a new provider.

While the doctor had an emergency right after my exam (which I totally understand), he was gone. While being seen, he mentioned let's chat after. I will see you in my office and then the emergency happened. I totally understand, however, what about a follow up phone call with my questions, what about a nurse talking to me and mentioning it to the doctor after the emergency? I was just left........ Sorry but even with emergency, his patients should have been handled with better care and not just "dropped". The intake person needs an attitude adjustment too - like she was doing me a favor by asking me questions! This visit was not great at all!

I am only 18 years old and I was trying to find a good birth control. I decided to go for an IUD. I had a one on one appointment with Doctor Isdith and whenever I would ask her questions she would roll her eyes, and she gave me kind of an uncomfortable feeling. I didn’t think much of it, and she told me to schedule when I want the insertion. When I went in for my next appointment to get the IUD the same doctor came in and I was sitting on the table. I then told her that this was something I’ve never done before and I’m nervous, she then stopped and said “You never got a full body exam before this appointment?” and I said no because her or the staff never told me anything about that. She then did some 2 minute tests, and I ended up paying for an appointment that I had no information about, in which I’m a college student with very little money and it’s difficult to pay $60 every time I go. Additionally, I received a bill in the mail and there was a doctors fee for the consultation for $63, which I was not told about this. Just because I had a 3 minute appointment, one on one with the doctor, I have to pay $123 in total to choose an IUD. The doctor was rude to me because I didn’t know that I needed a full body exam, and she made me feel super uncomfortable. Besides the doctor the staff were very nice. I’ve never went to an OBGYN, and my first experience at this place was not at all what I thought. I would expect for at least the doctor to be nice and respectful. I found another place, which does not have doctors fees when just choosing an IUD, and are much more nicer and more open, and this is what an OBGYN should portray themselves as.
