I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone at Women’s Health Partners. My midwife, Adrienne Bradley, is absolutely phenomenal! Even on days when I couldn’t see her due to scheduling, the other midwives and doctors were all fantastic. There wasn’t a single person I met at the office that I didn’t like. Every staff member was amazing and so supportive.

If you’re a new patient, especially if you’re pregnant, make sure to ask specific questions about the costs and estimated expenses for each visit so you’re not surprised—something I wish I had done more of. But I’ll definitely know for next time!

Adrienne Bradley has been my midwife and OB/GYN, and I can confidently say that as long as she’s practicing, I’ll always go to her. Even if I move far away, I’ll fly out just to see her. She is simply the best!

At my annual exam I always get a prescription for my mammogram. Due to special circumstances, I also get another prescription for additional tests. When I called my radiology office to schedule BOTH tests, they refused to schedule both. When I called Women’s Health Partners for assistance, Amber took my call. Amber went above and beyond to help me. She reached out to my radiologist to correct the situation. She even called other radiology offices to see if they would schedule BOTH tests for me. Nowadays, it’s rare for anyone to be so caring and thorough, it is so appreciated. Thank you!!!

The way the office is run here is….. nonsensical. I ONLY come to WHP to see the midwife team who are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, you have to get through the front desk first.

Yesterday, I had a 4pm appointment. At 4:40, I hadn’t even been called from the waiting room. I told the front desk I had to leave to pick up my child soon and would need to reschedule. THEN they offered to reschedule me with “anyone” that could see me right now. What? Why didn’t you offer me this at 4:15 or 4:20 or whenever you knew the dr was behind? Why let me sit there in silence for 40 minutes when there are other providers? This is not the first time this has happened

The absolute most abysmal experience is after I had my first ultrasound and confirmed I was pregnant for the first time, the office manager aggressively pulled me into her office to talk pricing about pregnancy care. The absolute weirdest way to end a once in a lifetime happy moment for my husband and I

Anyway, the midwife team is INCREDIBLE and deserve 5 stars on their own

Been a patient for 21 years and have always had a great experience with the people, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. They are reliable and friendly and many friends are patients with this practice for decades as well.

I'm coming to this review from the husband side, having to witness this as I went to every appointment with my wife while she was pregnant.

I'll start with the good. Dr. Ruberg is fantastic. Friendly, took time to explain everything, easy to speak with and caring. Dr. Arcelin is also great (he was the Doctor that wound up delivering our baby girl). He has a very lax attitude which honestly, I like. No pressure but explains the situation well, calmly, and what he recommends doing - which was good in our case. We also met with Dr Feingold and she was great as well. The office manager in the Boynton office was great, as well as Patty in Boca.

Now the not so good part which is why I'm giving 2 stars, and apologies for the length. Firstly, the front desk woman we dealt with 90% of the time was terrible in Boynton. Rude, couldn't hear very well and overall just not pleasant to deal with. Secondly, Dr. Tibavisky has got to be the rudest, most condescending Doctor I have ever spoken with. The office suggests that we meet with a few different doctors just in case our doctor isn't on call during the birth - which I don't disagree with. We came in for a regular check in and my wife's BP was slightly elevated (we also just came from the fetal doc and he was fine with the reading), she wanted to do some bloodwork and a urine test to check for preeclampsia. We pushed back a bit (because it's another thing to get billed!), and wasn't sure why - if she was so concerned - she didn't retake the BP herself. Dr Feingold did this at another appointment and the readout was lower. Her response, and I'll never forget this, was "either you do the blood test and come back in tomorrow or I'm sending you to the hospital". This is what enraged us. Not sure where she gets off dictating to a patient what to do. So we did the blood test to get her off our backs - and she (nor anyone) got back to us with results! We had to ask about it the next time we came in. Fast forward to the week of our delivery, the fetal doc sent us to West Boca for fetal monitoring as there were a few dips in our babies heart beat (which turned out to be just fine). Well, that day Tibavisky was on call at the hospital. She comes into the room, we ask if we can go, and she says in a very condensing way "noooo" and wanted to admit us. By this point we were in the hospital for 6 hours and patience was thin. We pushed back, and she pushed back against us - my wife was getting emotional and at her wits end so I had to say rather tersely to give us the AMA paper to sign, we're leaving. There was no way we wanted her delivering our baby. We also suspect this is part of the reason we're having billing issues with West Boca as they charged us for a room that day - and they explained it's generated by whatever the doctor puts in the computer. So, not sure if she put in she admitted us and didn't correct it or what.

Overall - there are some great Doctors in this practice. Some of the front offices staff, in Boynton specifically, need some customer service training which Dr T could also use.

I rarely write reviews, but this place has given me no choice but to share how awful it has become. Been coming here for 7 years, was great at first before my original doctor left, now each visit has gotten progressively worse but I’ve stayed because I was comfortable since I started coming here when I was 15 years old. First of all, I made an appointment about 3 months ago for today, which was an extremely important one that I was hoping to get many answers from. I received no confirmation texts, emails, etc. but still arrived on time. I live in Boca and they scheduled me in Boynton, which is fine.. but just note it took me over 30 minutes to get there w traffic. I waited for an hour, the nurse (who’s very nice at Boynton location) comes in to tell me it’s going to be another 45 mins to an hour- that’s nearly TWO hours for an appt that I scheduled THREE months ago, in a location that took me 30 minutes to get to. I had work today so I couldn’t stay and they offered to reschedule me, which isn’t very reassuring since it took me 3 months to even get this appt. This isn’t even like a specialist or anything this is a general doctor it should not be this difficult. Apparently she needed to attend to a telehealth appointment before me. Do in person appointments not have priority? I mean come on. You have a patient who’s been waiting for an hour and you’re telling them it’s going to be another hour so you can hop on a zoom call? Not to mention of course they found time to collect my copay at the beginning right? So I left with less gas in my car, copay paid, over an hour wasted, and no appointment so zero answers to my medical questions. That was just the icing on the cake though- every time I go to the Boca location, the ladies at the front are extremely rude and disrespectful and even the nurse had me nearly in tears last time with the way she spoke to me and treated me. I had a hard time understanding her accent so she began yelling at me and dismissing everything I was saying. She was making me feel bad about my answers to her list of questions, which are personal, intimate questions. Fast forward to that appointment that day, which was also very important since it involved blood work for an urgent issue- they ignored my calls for 2 weeks when I was trying to get my results and speak to my doctor. They had the results, but would not find a time to try to call me or answer my over 15 calls. Doctor told me to call when my cycle began so I could get in for an ultrasound- so I did- still ignored my calls. Had me waiting on hold for hours one day and picked up to say she’d be “right back,” then proceeded to hang up. I was clear about my work hours, they ended up calling me ONCE, during the one time I told them that week I had a meeting at work so I couldn’t get to the phone. I feel very disrespected as a patient and like I’ve given this office way too many chances. It’s no longer just the receptionists at the front, it’s become more about the doctors and nurses themselves. Horrible bedside manner and I will no longer be a patient here. Please reconsider when deciding what doctor to choose as this place has become an absolute mess.

As a new patient of the practice, my appointment with Dr. Tara Ruberg was two weeks ago. They called me the morning of the appointment and said she had a family emergency so she’s cancelling. I wasn’t angry because emergencies happen. A new appointment with Dr. Kristine Tibavisky was made for 9:45 a.m. today (12/11). At 8:22 a.m. the office called that she is cancelling because of an emergency. Needless to say I’m going to find another doctor; if I stay with them, I’ll never be seen.

This is the greatest OBGYN office! All of the physicians are extremely educated and personable. Dr Rudolph has been my doctor for over 15 years and she is incredible. She treats me like family and takes the time with me. She delivered my two boys and is truly incredible. I am so thankful to have such wonderful doctors!
