Wouldn’t recommend… I was a patient for about 3-4yrs. My primary OB was Dr.Burke, all I can say is she is super judgmental & condescending. If you ever have a question forget about it cause she’ll make you feel bad for asking. Also if you try to turn down a procedure you don’t feel comfortable with she try’s to bully you into getting it … I even asked to sign a waiver stating I CHOSE to deny but she wouldn’t allow it … just save yourself the headache.

I want to start off by saying very unprofessional. If I could leave 0 stars I would 🙂 I do not recommend her to anyone. My girlfriend was pregnant, we would call due to complications with the pregnancy & she would not make time for her to be seen at all. The Dr told us there wasn’t any room for her even with the complications. We were told to just go to the ER if anything else went wrong ( we happened to miscarry)
We got pregnant again & complications arose, once again called her to tell her we needed to be seen so we didn’t end up in the same situation as we were already very upset from losing the first. Once again, we were denied to be seen until later on the following week. My girlfriend and I waited till then to be seen, horrible visit. We were testing everyday till the visit because we knew complications had already arisen. When we got to the visit the DR. Claims that she was not pregnant. They then tested her blood and waited till blood work came back. The blood work came back and she actually WAS pregnant but her levels were low. The DR. Did nothing from then further, no medications to help with the low levels, no ultra sound, absolutely nothing. Per her levels she was still about 5-6 weeks pregnant. This DR. Was rude about how everything was handled. Also , we found out while at the visit that she was pregnant earlier that year per her chart and we were never told. The DR. states “ it was a misunderstanding and she was not pregnant.” The stress on a women to go through these times and lose a child is devastating.
This has been the hardest experience for the both of us as we miscarried 2 times. Yes, we have complications with the pregnancy and we are all aware of that but as so does the DR. & nothing was done to help with any part of this pregnancy.
Horrible experience and I hope people get better service elsewhere. You would think someone with complications during a pregnancy would be able to be seen asap so a loss doesn’t happen but apparently not. Hopefully this office understands and does better.

So thankful to have found a great practice. Average wait time of about 20 to 30 min but the doctors truly take their time with patients and are very communicative and personal. I see Dr. Burke, and have met the other ladies and feel so comfortabke in their care. Very hands on, clean office, the entire staff from the nurses to the desk are always kind and receptive.

I've read the lower star reviews and truly disagree. They are older, from a few years back, so maybe they changed reception staffing. Either way, I would not go by those reviews and highly recommend this practice and each of the doctors available

Terrible!!!
The staff is rude, especially Alicia.
The doctor kept me waiting on my first appointment.
Her time is valuable, mine, apparently, is not.
I scheduled my second appointment in December and had to wait until February to get an appointment.
They robo-called a week before to cancel my appointment.
When I called to reschedule, the first available appointment was over a month away!
I have left this practice.
They are terrible!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The moment I started coming here the environment was very uncomfortable and I wish I would have changed my OB then. Her assistant was very rude to me and my husband. I had PPROM 19 weeks into my pregnancy and they were of no help. Unfortunately I had a still birth at 22 weeks. I asked countless times if they could help me because from doing my research I found other mothers with similar situations of PPROM who would get certain medications or would be hospitalized for it. My OB didn’t even bother she said there was no point. The only good thing that doctor did was sign my husbands work forms for his time off but other than that I was better off handling my pregnancy alone. Even the hospital doctors would think it was strange and I went to multiple different hospitals but it was pointless because since they aren’t my OB they couldn’t really do much for me. When I had my still birth she was on vacation which is fine but the hospital let her know what happened and it took me having to call back a week later to get a follow up because I gave birth in my apartment because of my PPROM. The nurse at the hospital who took care of me after the still birth called my OB and confirmed with my OB that she was going to reach out to me the following day, so my OB lied to the nurse it seems. What kind of person who is in the medical field can be so mean that they would not even reach out when they said they would. All in all avoid Melanie Burke

Dr. Graber is nice, if you ever get to see her. My experience with this office consists of multiple appointment being rescheduled by the office. Wait time is way over an hour. My last experience was just unacceptable. I had an appointment. They called the day before to confirm. I took time off work, drove from Coconut Creek to Boynton, even arrive few minutes early. Front desk told me to have a seat. Then I see the other 3 people in the room being called up and then leaving. Then other clients come in, and they too leave few minutes later. After 30 minutes I am the only one left. Not a word to me from the receptionist. I keep waiting. Almost an hour goes by. Finally front desk calls me and tells me they are cancelling my appointment because, get this, doctor is not here. Such a waste of my time. When I asked why she said Dr. Graber was at the hospital for emergency c-section. Good thing I wasn't 8-9 months prego driving over there. My other docs had days set aside for office visits and other days for hospital visits/deliveries. She clearly does not care about her office patients and they are not her priority. But if you are in labor at the hospital, you prob will get her right away.

I was one of Dr. Graber's first patients. I have found her and her staff to be consistently excellent. Dr. Graber is never rushed, listens to you, and is thorough in her exam. She diagnosed an ovarian cyst, which ultimately required surgery. She is the ONLY doctor that I have suggested to my adult daughter whom my daughter liked....and she didn't just like her, she LOVED her. I have always been impressed that I get called with test results, even when they are negative. Very sad that apparently Dr. Graber is leaving the practice.

After years of coming here and referring friends and family to this practice, I was told I could not get an appointment because one of the doctors resigned. If you're a new patient, don't bother, if you're an old patient, most likely don't bother. I literally left 2 messages over the course of 2 weeks, and reached out online, and no one had the decency to even call me to tell me that I couldn't get an appointment there anymore. The receptionist on the phone didn't even ask if I was having an issue or an emergency of any kind. Just "yeah sorry no new patients". I'm not NEW. I'd find somewhere else if I were you.
